Came in earlier today 4/18/25 with a flat tire asking for a replacement. Service Advisor saw my car said it was too low. Spoke to the manager my manager just looked at my car from a far and denied service. My car is not low .. all I needed was one tire changed. They could've used a floor jack to lift my car and take one wheel. pathetic. I went to tires 4 less and they took care of me no problem.. you people have serious issues. read more

We chose this location to visit to have the tires changed on my daughter's SUV because of the excellent reviews we found online. I have to say that they lived up to their reputation. Although the service took longer than I expected, they kept me informed at every step of the way, even taking me back several times to show me other issues that they found that we need to look into even though they were not things they could repair at their shop. Amazing prices for tires! I paid for them online and set up the appointment. I did go in person the day before to make sure I was set up in the system and the tires were in house. They ordered them for me so when I showed up the next day with my appointment they were there. I ended up doing the alignment as well! Fast work and great communication throughout. I went to change the oil of my car to Firestone and the employee told me that I had to wait 3 hours, so that means that I was going to be waiting until 7 pm. There was only 2 cars in front of me and both where already on the garage. I think this is unacceptable. read more

I took my car for the first time to do an oil change in here and I loved it. I was taking my 2011 Mazda to another place and they were charging me more for this. Here the price was lower, the service was faster and the location is conveniently close by me, which makes it perfect. I left my car at noon and went to pick it up in the afternoon. Took my car in today because I had a flat in a Run Flat tire that needed to be fixed. The employee I spoke to walked outside and just looked at my tire and pointed to what I initially thought was the nail and said it was a "plug" and that I couldn't get my tire fixed and needed a new tire, otherwise my tire could blow up while I was driving. I don't know anything about cars and tires or what a "plug" even is or looks like so I believe this guy and think that "plugs" just happen to look like nails in the tires and that I need new tires otherwise I'm gonna die driving with a patched up tire so I ask the guy for a quote and everything, and he throws in that my front tires also need to be replaced because they're worn down (I blew out one of my front ones quite recently so I thought it was odd he was saying both were worn down, and more worn down than the back ones but, again, I don't know anything about cars and I was hoping I could trust this business). So when I get the price for a single run flat tire, I decided to look at other places to compare prices. Thankfully dads are the freaking best, and when my dad got home he checked my tire out and said the "plug" the guy was trying to tell me my tire has, is the freaking nail, and after some research I find out he's right. So point is, do NOT trust the employees at this place. Don't be stupid like me, and do your OWN research or go with people that know a thing or two about cars so you don't get scammed. After calling different stores around Miami, Hialeah and Miramar, including Firestone locations. This location had the best prices on the tires i was looking for (235 50 R17). I purchased all four new tires, with mounting, balance and their lifetime alignment package. I dealt with Johnny at this location and from start to finish, everything was an A+++ service and there was no back and forth on the price, he quoted me bridgestone and firestone, and both were lower on price than the other stores i checked. During the installation i went around the corner to have some lunch, and by the time i got back, the car was being taken out and was complete. I truly appreciate their help and their professionalism throughout the transaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Why did I make the mistake of letting these people fix my car. I have a mechanic that I go to. All I came here for was a diagnostic on the car to have a peace of mind of what's wrong with the car before I see my mechanic. Nope I end up getting everything done at this place thinking they were being since. I told them where the noise was coming from when I came in. They had me spend about $800 in mechanical work. Ok no problem , things happen. But than I drive off still having the same issue from when I first came in. Than they take a look at my car to find more problems that they didn't find the first time. I'm so done . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. I changed it from a 1 to a 4 because they fixed my car today. I mean they took almost a week to have me come back in after several complaints but they fixed my car. I can still hear a minor sound but I'm ok with that. Do yourself a favor -- don't come to this Firestone. They will lie to you to get your $$. I went in yesterday to do a tire rotation for a promotion they had. I was working with Johnny, and my entire visit felt like I was back at a car dealer being pressured by sales pitches. "You NEED this! Do your car a favor, GET THIS. Get the lifetime alignment service!" Yadda yadda. I haven't been pushed so hard to buy something since I first purchased my car! Anyway, these were my main concerns with this Firestone: I hadn't checked my odometer before going in. (Figured I was just getting a tire rotation.) I mistakenly said that my car was at around 20-30k miles, and Johnny insisted that I needed a major maintenance at 30k miles. Tried to push lifetime alignment service on me, etc. Quoted me $600+ bucks for all of that + the rotation. When I asked what he could do to work with me on the price, he tried to act like he was doing me a favor by saying: "Welllll, there's a promo that went out yesterday on buy one service, get the 2nd 1/2 off, but since it's still in the system, I'll help you out, but I won't be able to get you the same price tomorrow!" Right, still in the system my ass... So, I googled around, called my dealer, etc., and the price difference wasn't too great, so I decided to go ahead with these folks. Drove away afterwards and realized 1) my car was JUST at 20k miles, 2) got home and saw Firestone promos for the BOGO THROUGH 4/30 (thanks, you big fat liar), and 3) they hadn't even updated my maintenance dashboard (which leads me to question how thorough they were with their service check). I can understand that you need to make money. But, I would have appreciated the honesty, a call that said -- hey, you're just at 20k miles, we can go ahead with the original plan for the rotation, and you can stop back in 10k miles later for that major maint (because, hey, I would have TOTALLY gone back just for that thoughtful gesture), etc. Ultimately, this kind of behavior makes me feel confident that the next time I go in, they'll just push more services I don't need at me and lie to me to get me to roll with it. So, guess what! This place will never make money from myself or my fiance ever again. Which is really unfortunate because I am a loyal customer, and had I had good service without the lies, I would have encouraged other folks to go there, etc. Instead, you guys get a really crappy review and lose out on my future business. A good marketing strategy is to RETAIN your customers. Not to get them in the door once, never to see them again because they're so disgusted with the sales service and lies. So, thanks for nothing! Poor poor service. Took my car in for an oil change, left it there for an hour, picked it up when I was told it was ready. Noticed they never refilled my windshield washer fluid. Took it right back for them to do it. A week later my check engine light and low oil light aggressively turned on. Car was making weird noise in engine. Turns out they never changed my oil neither. Could've ruined my engine And cost me a fortune. Don't bring your car here. Very unprofessional and incompetent. read more

This place is THE worst! What a rip off. I took my car there because The smell of gas was getting really strong. I figured I had a leak somewhere and this place was close to work so it was convenient. They tell me that they had to remove the gas tank to see where the leak was coming from. They charged me $215.00 just for that...then they came back and they said that it was the fuel pump and it was going to be $900.00....I told them to put the tank back up..I would pay them the $215.00 regretfully. I was talking to a co-worker of mine who said that her father uses a mechanic who works out of his home. I took the car to him and the entire job was $315.00. Under normal circumstances, I like to work on my cars myself. Call me old-fashioned but my father taught me that. By working on it myself I learn and know how my car works, I know the quality of work and parts that are ending up in there, I normally stand to save a substantial amount of money and if something goes wrong in a pinch guess who will can devise an emergency fix? Me, that's who. Well sometimes, I don't have the tools or the expertise to get the job done and I recently discovered this Firestone location and an extremely helpful guy there named Marlon. He has helped me put some new feet on my cars, get some stubborn Volvo brakes replaced and prevent some tire wear with a new alignment. We all know that car expenses can add up quickly and when you've got two cars that decide they need maintenance at the same time and it's over Christmas holidays, it might just break the bank. Firestone' prices are very reasonable (Tire Kingdom, ironically, didn't offer 'lube' to make their prices even a little bit tolerable) and Marlon helped me out a little more considering the amount of money I needed to fork over for 8 tires, rear brakes, alignment, belts, etc, etc. I know it's a bit of a drive for most out to West Kendall and Firestone prices are universally the same from location to location, but this Firestone has my business. 1 week ago this would have been a 5 star review. I'm glad I waited before writing this because now I know that's not the case at all. FYI THE FIRESTONE WEBSITE WON'T ALLOW YOU TO POST A BAD REVIEW! HA! Last week I took my car for service because it broke down. I took my car to this location because its the closest to my home. I've always taken my car to Firestone. The guys are actually super nice and were really quick getting my car fixed. The car was done in 1 day and I got what I thought was a really good deal for my issue (at least they told me they were hooking me up...that's what they always say right?). It was still expensive, but I was happy. Not even 1 week later my engine light went on so I called them and a really nice guy answered the phone. I told him I had just been there and that I had paid for a full check up on my car just a week before and that I didn't understand how my check engine light went on. He told me not to worry, to just bring the car in and that they would take care of it. I took my car in today and the same guys that had originally helped me last week were there. I explained to them the situation and they told me it was unrelated and that they were going to charge me more money to check my car again. I'm sorry to say this is extremely disappointing. I was just there and paid a good amount of cash for a service that included a full check up. Not even a week later the check engine light goes on and they want to charge me again for a check up? That doesn't make any sense. I come from a sales and customer service background and if that had been me managing that store, I wouldn't have charged for the check up. Especially when I knew that customer was just in there the week before and was now back with additional issues. I would have charged for whatever services might be necessary, but not the checkup. My comment below was out of courtesy. I'm taking it back after my visit today. Again, tire kingdom on 136st and 137 over the phone gave me better pricing by 30%. If they say they can beat any price , call around , you will find out they are ripping you one from the start. Even auto parts next door said they are a rip off. Btw I was a customer for 15 years. In addition , the manager on duty asked if my wife who has her wedding ring on is married. Great service firestone, hitting on people's wives while working. Impressed that they beat their competition prices. I changed my radiator , hoses, and sensor for a great price. The store manager knows how to compete. read more

Very disappointed!!! The schedule says they close at 8pm, so why wouldn't they fix my flat when I walk in The door at 7:45am?!?! The gentleman said that it was too late??? Young guy with black hair and a blowout. I was stuck in the parking lot for a few hours trying to find a way to get home. Never recommending to it anyone.
