I was dealing with a bent rim that was causing my tire to continuously lose air, and I was honestly stressed trying to figure everything out around my work schedule. I called and spoke with Juan, and he was extremely helpful from the very beginning. I sent him pictures of my rim, he gave me an estimate over the phone, explained the timeframe, and even let me know what time they were closing so I could make it there. I was able to get there within about 15 minutes of speaking with him. They told me the repair would take about an hour, but they finished in less than an hour and I was back on the road! The customer service was great, the staff was very friendly, and everyone was professional. I'm so glad I came across this location. I would definitely recommend Ramirez Tires to anyone who needs rim repair or tire services. Juan was amazing and made what had been a very stressful situation so much easier. UPDATE Came back because I got another nail in my tire (damn Miami construction!). Unfortunately this time the nail was in the sidewall, and I was certain I'd have to replace 1-2 tires. Brought it in and the owner quickly removed the nail with pliers. Luckily the nail hadn't punctured through the run flat wall. He could have taken advantage of the situation and pressured me into replacing the tire, but he didn't. Very honest and trustworthy!!! Highly recommend for all tire and wheel needs!! read more

We have been to Ramirez Tire twice now and have had nothing but great service. We had two separate issues with two different tires and both times they were very quick to identify the issue, repair it and put it back up. They also have great prices which is a big factor on us returning. The space is a pretty decent size, you just pull in and they will get to work. They accept credit cards too! There are a few chairs by the main office if you want to sit and wait. We will continue to go to Ramirez Tire for our tire needs! read more
