I was initially excited to work with Ubreakwheelfix. The actual experience though reminds me of the saying that "Miami is a Sunny Place for Shady Businesses". I hired them to fix the curb rash on all four of my OEM Range Rover Sport wheels and caps. They said it would take a day which turned into a day in half. Not a big deal. Prior to picking up my vehicle they recommended over the phone to also get new caps. I couldn't remember the condition of my caps so I said yes let's clean the entirety of the wheels up. Within a few days of driving my car I noticed one of my new caps had turned completely silver. When I looked closer it read DODGE! I reached out immediately to Ubreakwheelfix and they said they could fix it. When discussing it in email their reason for this issue kept changing. When I arrived in person they said it had to be a Dodge cap because that wheel bore was too big and needed this creative strategy ‍. They tried to glue another cap on which fell off by the time I drove home. I started the email communication with them again. By now realized they had damaged the bore and that's why now the Range Rover caps won't fit anymore. They told me not to go to the dealership because they would recommend a new wheel. Because of my great relationship with North Dade Land Rover I stopped by to have them look at it. They laughed at me and said that Ubreakwheelfix damaged my bore and that I will now need a new wheel. Before writing this 1 star review I asked Ubreakwheelfix to please replace this damaged wheel and we can call it good. They responded very unprofessionally! I am now in the process of purchasing a new wheel. New wheel plus painting and mounting will run me another $1,000.00! read more

I had curbed 2 of my wheels (I know‍) and initially thought I would need the more expensive option, Jason assessed the damage and said I would not need to do the entire wheel and the less expensive option would be sufficient. Amazing news! Additionally, I was on the phone with Mark, sent him a close up picture of the damage, not including my break calipers or any major giveaways of what vehicle I had, and he knew instantly which make and model my car was. I was impressed by this! Quality of Work Completed: 5/5 The rims looked brand new! I looked and couldn't even tell where the damage was initially. Value: 5/5 It's nice to note they do not change the price depending on the vehicle you bring in. It's a nice flat rate if you bring in BMW or Lamborghini, which I appreciate! I Sent pictures as requested by Mark D. and a follow up email and they never got back with me so I had to look elsewhere. Even if they do not take shipments it would have been courteous to reply and inform me if that is their company policy. I am not sure trying to do business thru Yelp is positive. Thanks for responding, I have no reason to manufacture a false statement, but like I stated I did send 10 pictures and then a follow up email thru Yelp and after several weeks no reply, I believe the problem may be trying to do business using Yelp. You may be loosing a lot business using Yelp. Why not have an email address like everybody else, at least you could eliminate a 3rd party and just depend upon your ISP that has your email account. After doing some research online I decided to take my car into Ubreakwheelfix to get some routine repairs done. I only needed my rim straightened and some new tires put on, but once I pulled up and saw the shop full of Rolls-Royces and Lambos I new this was the right place. I was greeted by Mark and he treated me like an old customer and gave me his full attention which I appreciated. We discussed my options and figured it would be best if I straightened all the wheels and have them powered coated which wasn't much more expensive than having the touch up done. Once I realized the caliber of work they do I decided to go all out and have them lower it, roll the fenders as well as put new rubber all the way around. This included an alignment and a reset of the mag ride suspension too. Gio his tech was right there working with me and got on it right away, he even texted me daily with photos of the progress being made which was great because even though I don't have a Lamborghini I was treated as if I do. Ubreakwheelfix was recently used to repair a wheel with some minor rash from dismounting and mounting tires. It is a Hypersilver wheel with machined face. Ubreak repainted the wheel in a heavy metallic silver that does not match the original color nor the other 3 wheels (a simple color matching would've shown them the color was off). They also machined/cut the face of the spokes so much that the spokes, and wheel as a whole, look different than the 3 other wheels. They also took almost 2 weeks to return one wheel. Find another wheel repair shop. In response to the company's reply: The wheels are less than a year old, and are on a garage kept car, so there's no fade in color. Further, I don't even mind the color variance as much as I mind the fact that you ground down the face of the wheel to the point that the spokes look different. It's a poor job. read more

Me and my coworker were talking about possibly refinishing our rims and calipers, and stumbled upon this establishment. I reached out to Mark, Owner, and told him what I was looking for with my calipers and that I wanted a specific color to match my interior accents of my car. We spent about 5-10 minutes looking at all the available Color Red options he had and came to the agreement of this color. Before this color, my calipers were painted the OEM BMW Blue that comes from factory. I asked him about the process and he explained to me in detail how it all goes down which I found very helpful for me because I like knowing as much information before making purchases. Also, I told him I didn't want the original "M with three color stripes" to be the original White color, and that I wanted it black for a clean look. To which he made this decal from scratch to match the original and went above and beyond to make it pop. This place has a very friendly crew and are really professional and timely. After an exhaustive search for a reputable wheel/rim refinishing company, I decided to send my SUV to Mark at "Ubreakwheelfix" and I could not be happier with outcome. To begin with, Mark was very responsive when returning emails and calls, which is always a good start in a market like South Florida where people are often slow and less professional than they should be. I could also tell that he knew what he was talking about, unlike several of the others I called who had less knowledgeable assistants respond to my inquiries. As it turns out, he also spent more than a decade working for Range Rover, which allowed him to know everything about the SUV that I brought in. That alone, was very comforting. Mark quoted a great price to totally refinish my 22 inch Range Rover Sport wheels and bring them back to a factory shine and that is precisely what he did. Being so comfortable with him, I also had him fully detail the car with a paint correction system as well as blacken out the trim that had really faded between and above the windows. He told me that truck would look brand new and that is exactly how it came out. In the end, my expectations were far exceeded; so much so that I am probably keeping the car instead of selling it - a pretty amazing testament on his work.
