I found this shop to be very honest, reliable, and fair priced when I spoke with them on the phone. The install didn't take long, and they did a great job. They are super friendly whenever I call, and Alex answers my questions even if they seem trivial or annoying. They did an perfect alignment, and helped me out putting my skid plate on recently. I don't recommend these guys!! Well, my girlfriend spend over $12k on this shop, she paid $6k for airlift performance suspension kit and they installed Airforce struts which are cheaper and you can see on picture how this guys installed electronics from the air suspension... They just twisted the halts, not soldered!! Due to this there have been many problems including her getting in a car accident!!!! On official airlift website it's saying that to install their kit takes 7 hours, they charged her for 15 hours and the best that they promised her warranty and they don't take any responsibility for that!!! They charged her for new Mercedes AMG head lights but it's not amg lights, they just changed pulp for the LED and made tinting, that's it! When we try to contact them the owner François doesn't answer or take responsibility after screwing people over. He's a coward and puts peoples lives in danger without care read more

Lets just start by saying this is the worst shop i've ever been too. They are extremely overpriced and the quality of work sucks. I mean $140 for an alignment which they claim has a 1 year warranty that included any alight adjustments when any suspension has been tweaked. HA WELL THAT WAS A LIE. Don't even bother coming here unless you're taking a regular car such as a Toyota corolla from 1997, and even then really think twice about it. I went in for an alignment and left with my car feeling as if the wheels were going to fall off, the car drove better without an alignment than after they touched it. Of course they arrogantly blamed the amount of "camber" my car had mind you i've never had this issue with anybody else which shows how "knowledgeable" they really are in their profession. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to fix it, I was very clear that I needed another full alignment. So the day comes and my car is up on the rack. Little did I know I was going to be presented with the worst customer service that i've ever had to dealt with in my life. A worker named Alexis came up to me aggressively stating that I wasn't clear about needing another full alignment and seemed extremely bothered, I guess the description of my car feeling as if the wheels were going to fall off wasn't enough. I mean literally, at 60mph I was scared that my car would just lose control and hit a wall. So fast forward about 3 months, I got new wheels and only had minor adjustments to be made (toe on the alignment was slightly off) so I called to redeem my "1yr warranty". They completely disregarded what they told me what was included in this warranty and proceeded with telling me that I needed to pay another $140 for an alignment, are you kidding me? Thankfully I was able to dispute the first transaction and got all of my money back. Long story short, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Theres plenty of other shops in Miami that will do better work at a fraction of the cost. read more

Worst shop!!!!! They are overpriced and after spending 12k on my car in custom air suspension, headlights, 3wrap, the owner doesn't want to take responsibility for any warranty they had promised me!!! My air suspension was causing my tires to keep popping "once getting in a car accident because of it" and they didn't offer any help , just wanted more money to adjust the suspension that they installed wrong!!!
