I had previously left this review with one star. Got the lifetime, best quality film installed in 2019 on a gray, Tesla Model 3. Now, since 2023, the film is completely cracked and dull. I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again. He is a very reputable business owner and clearly expresses a desire to please his customers with the best service and product. I strongly recommend this shop. Updated April, 2024. read more

DON'T LET ALL THE 5-STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU. Getting my vehicle wrapped by CWD was an absolute NIGHTMARE. They even threatened to sue me! Dropped it off Thursday. They told me done Saturday. Then Monday at noon. Then 3:30. Then, after I wasted my entire day waiting around Miami, "actually, not today." When I FINALLY got the truck back, they had the wrong color lettering, put lettering on incorrectly so it looked like crap, somehow managed to spell my company name WRONG, and, incredibly, wrapped multiple panels of the truck in a completely different shade of green. It wasn't even some intensive design either. Very simple. So they took it back to fix everything. Promised it back the same day. Surprise: missed that deadline too. Lenny the Liar could never keep his promises. It took them 1 month to actually get it done correctly. What was supposed to be 2-3 days. After all of this, despite previously telling me they would adjust the invoice, they actually expected me to pay the full $7,000+ bill. Another LIE they told. When I refused, they sent me a demand letter through an attorney and threatened to sue me. Here's my favorite part: I originally offered them a fair adjustment to the invoice. They refused. After all the demand letters, attorney threats, etc., trying to get the full amount, they eventually took less than what I had originally offered. You cannot make this shit up. Just another opportunity for them to waste my time and make the whole experience worse. Working with CWD was hounding people, broken deadline after broken deadline, receiving a truck with my company name SPELLED WRONG, getting two shades of what should've been one color, having the truck taken back for major corrections, being without my vehicle for way longer than expected, fighting over the bill, and then getting threatened with a lawsuit. Never again. I trusted all the good reviews and thought it warranted paying their inflated prices. Do NOT make the same mistake I made. There's other companies who are a lot cheaper and likely don't put their customers thru the wringer. read more

CWD Wrap - Bape tailgate wrap Toyota tundra. - Auto Detailing Near Me - North Miami Beach, Florida

I went to this place to get my car wrap due to reviews I saw on IG and internet. After dealing with co-owner Rivan for over a month, I trusted they would do a good job. After dropping my car off and was told 3 days, it took over a week to get my car back. Due to excitement of getting my first wrap I look passed a lot, like the decals I requested weren't installed and items that were loose in my car which I mentioned to Rivan (knob for audio system). Upon getting my car home and was promised the decals would be installed at a later date, I was placed on the back burner. I called, text and attempted to resolved the issues with Rivan but to no avail. I also discovered a missing peace that they failed to cover. I then Text about the decal to find out if they were going to reimburse me but he then told me the extra was for art work and that they could not produce because the owner was in Russia. That was not the verbal agreement and I failed to see how he worded it on the receipt. Long story short, be aware of taking delivery of items paid for but job not completed. PS I gave a review on Google and he stated I did a candid review and I fail Sed to mention prep work he done before wrapping my car. If that was the case, he should have let me know what it was from the beginning instead of finessing the issue and not delivering items that he had no notions on doing. Shop around. read more

For Christmas I wanted to delete the chrome around my girlfriends black Mini Cooper. She had been wanting to do this for a while and I thought it would make the perfect gift. We had driven by Custom Wrap Design in North Miami many times as we are local, and every time a sexy luxury vehicle out front. I decided to reach out to Vitale, the manager, for a quote on the job. The price sounded good so we set an appointment to drop off the car. When we arrived it was obvious these guys had some high end clients being that there was a Bugatti, Ferrari, and Range Rover in shop. Even though our project was nowhere near as extensive nor expensive as those I'm sure, CWD was very welcoming and did not turn us away. When it was time to pick up the car, the results were everything we had hoped for. The work was very professional and they even asked us to please stop by in about a week so they can inspect the vinyl. I definitely recommend Vitale and his team for any of tour custom wrapping needs! Thank you again! read more

I'm giving it two stars instead of one because technically I didn't even get work done there. I called about a rough estimate and the gentleman who answered the phone sounded like I was calling a personal number and just woke him up. I asked if I was calling right number and he seemed out of it. When I finally did establish that I was speaking to somebody at Custome Wrap Design, I asked if he could give me an estimate on wrapping my Chrysler PT cruiser.... He didn't know what that was. He had to go online to look up what kind of car it was and then just threw a number at me. Very unprofessional. So I wouldn't even risk having my car taken care of there. read more

I went to CWDwrap to get my car and laptop wrapped to match ( yes they wrap other things too ). I was wowed by the intricate attention to detail when they invited me into the back workshop and saw how Professional of a job they do. They did an awesome job on my Honda Civic ( with all the exotic cars in there I felt intimidated ) and my laptop. The price was great, the quality of work was top notch, and the materials used were first class. I am definitely recommending them 1000% and I will be back there to wrap my other car. read more
