Then they said a time to pick up the car and it wasn't washed after having all the writing on it. We had to wait an extra hour at the shop. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE company, and I'm sure the only reason they have a 4.4 rating on google is paid reviews because yelp, and other review sites have MUCH low scores. Took my car for repairs and they are so unorganized I have 2 separate people calling me to tell me 2 different estimated completion dates. The car was an about a month late to complete and they didn't even do everything they said they did and got paid for. There was a massive leak in the trunk to it not being sealed properly. A window that was installed was not sealed correctly and they did nothing to fix it when it was clearly installed wrong with the gasket visually sticking out of the window. And to top it off, they did not change the tires on the car which again was paid for. When I confronted the shop about it, I was challenged by being asking if it was something I hit without knowing. Once they admit they never ordered the tire and they finally got it into the shop, they broke off the lug nut threads claiming "they were already weak". I placed a call to Toyota as they had just serviced the vehicle a week ago and they said they saw no signs of weakness or damage. There is more that I can say went wrong but those are the major parts that got over looked. Car was taken back to have the many problems corrected on 4 separate occasions, not once did the manager apologize, or do anything to correct THEIR wrong doings other than do what they should have in the first place. Do not take your car here for any reason if you want the work done correctly, timely, or if you don't want additional damage done to your car. Thank you to the so called "manager" Jessica Rodriguez for your endless stink face and attitude! Your lack of professionalism and respect is always much appreciated. And thank you for nothing to the back of house manager that when I addressed some problems when I initially picked up the car for not even speaking to me and only speaking to employee when I'm standing right in front of you. Telling him "nothings wrong with the car, it was like that". And line behold I find myself having to go back to have work done that they said they already did. And to make it even better they damaged my car while correcting their own mistakes. I had prior car accident and with my insurance, chose to go with heat collision. For the most part things were good. I brought my vehicle in, they checked it in, but problems started arising when the car was near finished. I called several times and they said they would let me know, but they never did call back. The day it was estimated to be done was October 5, and on that day I called to ask when the car would be done and they said October 5 at 5:30pm. I arrived around 5:20pm and paid for the vehicle damages but waited for 30 minutes while most of the staff went into their own conversations about other things. I asked multiple employees about an update for my vehicle, and they said they would let me know but would come back later and ignore me instead. Very rude in my opinion and expected more. I didn't end up getting my car until about 45 minutes later, given I already paid, and I was standing around, they finally said it was coming around (this was the 4th time hearing this so was very skeptical) but it finally came. All in all, I wish there was more customer support and responsiveness from them as a whole. read more

My grandfather had an auto body shop in the Bronx, which my dad took over, as would have I had it not been completely vandalized in the NYC Blackout of 1977... but I digress. I was raised in that shop, breathing the paint, solvents and plastic dust, which explains a LOT! But it's made me very picky about bodywork​. When I went to pick up my car, I was amazed. I never thought they could match the 11 years in the Florida, sun-washed, odd "gold" color of the car, and while they couldn't (nobody ever could), they came so close I was blown away and the work was so precise, I was truly impressed. Now the rest of the car looks like crap! (JK) ;-) They also threw in a few extra fixes to the general area, cleaned the car better than the damned Jaguar dealer, and because of their diagnosis, they spotted the rim needed fixing and saved my tires (as they all would have worn oddly). The cost, although being paid by the driver who hit me, was an extremely fair estimate. I may pay myself to have the dings and dunks life in Miami provides cars and human body parts, removed. As for the customer service, Jessica and Crystal are sweethearts and will go the extra mile for a customer. I mean, literally,​ Jessica thought I was waiting too long for Enterprise to pick me up (the car rental place and not the starship) and threw me in a car and drove me over to the Enterprise office. THAT is customer service! Today I dropped by to ask the ladies if they could recommend a mechanic and window tinting shop. Once again, even though Crystal was eating lunch, she dropped everything to help me. We are to be married next week. ;-) read more

The mechanic spoke to me and told me he was the best and the car will be good as new. I waited for over 3 months for my car and when I finally got it was still not fixed. I returned then waited another month. I finally got my car again with issues and decided to go somewhere and they fixed everything for me. they written all over the glass and never washed it I cannot even get the writing off because it sat there for so long. TERRIBLE SERVICE. they left a dent in my car and danny the assistant told me "no you brought it in like that i'm in no business to lie to you" and when i called them to claim this the manager told me i was correct and to bring it in to be fixed. Customer service was very friendly. However, the communication was terrible. I took my car there because they work with my insurance (Progressive). After having my car two weeks they said it would be ready in about a week on Monday. After not hearing from them on Monday I called and they said almost definitely will be ready on Tuesday. I never heard from them on Tuesday and called on Wednesday after work. They said it was ready and that I could pick it up. Unfortunately, because of traffic I couldn't get there before they closed and let them know I would pick up on Thursday morning. When I went to pick up my car on Thursday I returned the rental car to them and waited for them to bring the car. They then told me the car was actually not ready. I then had to return on Friday to pick up the car. They didn't let me know but the pinstripe was not replaced. They called a few days later to let me know they could do the pinstripe. I asked how long it would take and they said 20 minutes. When I brought it in for the pinstripe I waited 45 minutes before I complained because they said it would be 20 minutes. They stated because it was raining it would take longer and that somebody would come let me know shortly. It was raining when I arrived and they didn't say anything. After waiting for an hour somebody came out and let me know it would be another hour. I could not miss another hour of work so I had to Uber back to work then Uber back to the shop after work and pick up the car. Because I had to return on Friday to pick up the car I asked my mother-in-law to take my kids to school. On the way to school she was in an accident. Definitely not bringing the car to them this time. read more

They can't even repair a Volkswagen. So don't let the picture they posted full you. My insurance company had to pay Volkswagen to repair the car properly. So, I actually initially had a great experience at heat collision. I got into a bad front end accident and The woman inside of the office was really nice, helped me with getting my insurance to pay for all the damages and was always available to give me updates throughout the whole repair process. Get my car back, looks good, I'm happy. Until a few months pass and i start having weird issues with the car so i take it to my mechanic. Come to find out, they never even replaced some parts they were supposed to replace (radiator, wiring harness, and more) yet all that stuff was paid for and supposed to be replaced. I try to contact heat collision about it and i just get the run around and no one wants to talk to me anymore. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS! I have never in my life been made to be so upset leaving an establishment before ever in my life. I live out of town now, so I was trying to do my mom a favor after she clipped a garbage can on the passenger side and the plastic cover came off the mirror. No big deal. I only brought her car here because I knew Uli (the owner) and I used to bring my cars, as well as send my friends cars to him like 6 years ago. I had been speaking with Cynthia (Uli's assistant) for the past two days in regards to bringing in the vehicle and let her know I was coming in on Thursday. I arrived on Thursday at 4:30 and Jessica (who is the RUDEST thing ever) was at the desk. Jessica proceeds to tell me that they won't take my car for 3 months. I then asked her why wouldn't Cynthia have told me that? She replied "I don't know" & mentioned that Heat Collision just got the Progressive account and was getting 75 cars on the following day. I said "ok" but then she proceeded to tell me if you want I can still have someone do an estimate for you and I said no problem since I'm here I might as well get the estimate. She sends me to Carlos. Carlos was great. He was very nice, he was professional he told me that it wasn't a big deal and when I mentioned to him that Jessica told me they wouldn't be able to do this for three months he told me verbatim "don't listen to her, it's not body damage, it'll take like two days to order the part and two seconds to pop in". Carlos and I then proceeded to go back inside to his desk where he starts writing me up the estimate and checking his computer for how much the parts cost. While he's doing this Jessica then yells from across the room for me to go over to her. So I do & she goes on to tell me with the nastiest attitude "you know you need to pay $50 for that right?" At this point I'm shocked because she never told me that the estimate was going to cost $50 and I have never been to this business nor any business where they charged you for an estimate. She goes on with her bad attitude to tell me "well there's a sign if you'd read it" and she points at a sign that was all the way to my left that is not in seeing distance, that you actually have to look for to be able to see. I told her that's fine bc her energy was way off and I didn't want to deal w her anymore at that point so I walked back over to Carlos. I then told Carlos now she's telling me I have to pay $50 for this estimate Carlos shakes his head and before he could say anything his phone rings and I could hear her saying to him what are you doing for her an estimate? He says yeah she says she needs to pay for that he hangs up the phone with her goes to print the estimate and tells me stay right here I'll be right back let me go get that from the printer for you. As I'm standing there waiting for him I said let me go outside and call my mom to see if she would like me to proceed with getting the job done here the only place that I went to get an estimate. Mind you my mother's in the hospital right now so I couldn't reach her. Another girl comes out (Cynthia) waving a paper at me from the door saying "you want this or not? If you want it you need to pay the $50." I go on to tell her I'm on the phone trying to reach the vehicle's owner to see if she wants me to proceed and she says "I don't care what you do, if you want the estimate you need to pay for it." When another girl that works there (I won't mention her name) sees me outside and asked me what was wrong I tell her that the girls inside are really rude and she proceeds to tell me "that is exactly why I work in parts and not upfront with them" & told me "if I were you, I'd take it around the corner to Signature Collision" so clearly there seems to be an issue with the females that work as the face customers first see at this establishment. IF I WANTED TO DEAL WITH LOW CLASS, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL NECK TWISTING GIRLS WITH ATTITUDES I WOULD'VE GONE SOMEWHERE IN HIALEAH WHERE THAT CAN BE EXPECTED. Had I been a different kind of person, there would have been a way bigger issue just from the tones, the looks, along with the attitudes these two were giving me. (Jessica & Cynthia) Instead, I chose to leave highly upset and dumbfounded as to why I was treated that way. And chucked it up to both Jessica & Cynthia being a miserable people. Called Uli to tell him about his employees but he didn't answer so perhaps this review will assist him in determining who/what kind of people he has working for him bc it's sad as well as embarrassing. I just picked up my car from repair. I had a horrible experience. Firstly, they were very pushy, gave me no notice when my car was ready, and demanded i pick it up that day or else there would be a storage charge. I brought my car in with 1/4 tank of gas, when I picked it up today it was on less than empty. After spending $13,000 on repairs they should have refilled the gas they used so I could get home. Lastly, when I picked up my car I was told there was nail in my tire and it was going to be flat. When I dropped off the car there was no nail in the tire or air tire pressure low warning. When I received my car back from them there was no gas and a low tire pressure warning. This was not how I dropped off my car to them and would never use them again. They were rude and obnoxious. The work was good, but my experience was horrible. Would not recommend! read more

The parts were on the invoice but they didnt buy them. I told them about it and the rude lady from the office said they replaced them without even looking at the car. We had to take the car 3 times to get it done correctly. They never called us to let us know when the car was ready , awful service!!! Dont ever go to this place. I used to work in the auto industry selling used cars, so I've dealt with my fair share of body shops. Heat Collision is the only shop I would bring my personal vehicles to, and the only shop I've used since beginning with them. Everything about their business is of a higher caliber than anything I've ever experienced. One of the times that I went to them, the car had internal and frame damage. In the end, it drove better than before the accident. Every time I've gone to them my cars have come back looking and feeling brand new. Their facility is of the highest quality and the service is unbeatable. They handle absolutely everything from insurance to rentals making the experience incredibly pleasant. Five stars doesn't justify the quality of their shop and work. Would not go anywhere else. read more

Lilly and Uli are absolutely the BEST!!! I had my car broken into a last week where the suspect used a drill to bring down the windows in my Nissan Pathfinder. The dealer wanted $1,600 to break the lock, replace the whole key system and then body work. For 1/3 of that Heat Collision did all that without having to reject my car. Do not use this body shop! They took my truck in and told me they were working with the insurance company on all of the costs. When they were finished they handed me the bill and told me to go after the insurance company. After holding my truck hostage for three weeks I finally resolved everything with the insurance company and when I was ready to pick it up they said I had to bring $333.00 in cash to get my truck. I asked what this extra was for and they told me they used better parts than what was existing. They never gave me a written estimate to do this extra work and now they wont release my truck. This is fraud!!! On top of all of this the workmanship is horrible and they are holding my truck hostage and charging storage fees. Don't use thee guys ! read more

After having my vehicle worked on twice by the awesome people over at Heat, i would call my self a frequent visitor. The work they do is impeccable and the service they provide is top notch. From the minute I arrived with my damaged vehicle Belinda and Cynthia were very accommodating and made sure that both my self and my car were being taken care of. The frequently informed me on the status of my repair and were very good about contacting the insurance companies and my self about the details of the repair. When i picked my vehicle up it looked brand new and i could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the customer service at Heat collision. Took my car here to potentially get it fixed, turns out there was an engine issue and I was going to be charged 35-4900. My husband spoke with them and was able to keep the car there while we searched for mechanics and a more cost efficient motor. They didn't charge us any fees for storage (we kept the car there for like 2 weeks), I remember Jessica...she's a sweetheart! These guys are quite reputable and their guest service is great in my book. Very happy with them and although they didn't work on the car, they took a look at it anyway and gave us a diagnosis.
