DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I…read morebrought in a car, and it was agreed to in writing to perform a paint job and repairs. The contract is attached for you to see. The job was 100% completed and the owner decides to change the price because he felt they did more work than expected. I attached a text between me and the manager Izzy showing I was NEVER called about more work, and I never authorized more work. From what he's telling me he wasn't even in town when the "extra" work was done. How do I even know if more work was performed without seeing it before? Moreover, I was refused delivery on my car unless I paid an extortion fee. I also have a written extortion receipt where the owner admits to changing the price of the job. I originally posted a review however the owner wrote a reply stating that I was told there was more work needed. This is a boldfaced lie and he's writing this because my review is seriously hurting his business. On top of everything else the job was subpar and with defects. Pictures also attached. The owner told me I can pay more money if I want perfection... This place is a joke! I have shown everything to you to help you make a decision to go elsewhere. Do not make my mistake and steer clear of the thievery!

I hit a tree a few weeks back and a friend recommended this place to fix my 2017 Porsche 718 S. I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...

The price seemed high, but since I was still price shopping and didn't know what was reasonable, I thanked him and told him exactly that before leaving to check other places. Less than an hour later, I came back because I hadn't found another option and decided I was over the hassle of shopping around. When I returned, he raised the price (Proceeds to lie). That immediately felt wrong to me. When I questioned it, his tone gave me the impression that he was upset I had not accepted his original offer earlier, and that he increased the price because he assumed I did not find a better deal elsewhere. I was very bothered by that and decided not to give him my business. About a month later, I still had not gotten the work done, so I decided to try again and went back to the shop. This time, his attitude was even worse. He literally looked at me and said something along the lines of, "Oh, I thought you were going to take it somewhere cheaper," in a sarcastic tone. Of course, he has the right as a business owner to refuse service, but I think people should know the kind of experience I had here. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and the way the pricing was handled. I do not think it is good business practice to give someone a price and then change it shortly after for no legitimate reason. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Keep in mind his daughter was working in the front desk and witnessed the second interaction.
