Received a reasonable quote. The staff was friendly. Was easy to schedule the appointment. However, I found that going forward, calling to discuss pickup/drop-off was very difficult, as no one was answering the business phone; the girls that had been working the office when I first came in for a quote were no longer there. The owner explained that they were going through a relocation. The job was finished quickly and on time. The work was done fairly well, however, I did have to return for some minor touch-ups, which they easily accommodated. *The color that they painted the door is not a perfect match to the rest of the vehicle. I did, however, notice that there was a 1.5 inch scratch all the way down to the metal on the hood of my car that wasn't there when I dropped it off. When I picked my car up, the hood light was on and the hood wasn't all the way latched and I had to close it; not sure why the hood had to be lifted at all. When I noticed the damage and brought my car back in, I brought it to the attention of the owner. He said it looked like someone opened the hood while the wipers were on and it scratched it. Again, it wasn't there when I dropped it off and as it's a new car, I've never had a need to open the hood. The guys had no problem putting some touch-up paint on it while I was there, but it looked so bad, I had them remove it; even one of the guys at the shop said it "looked like sh*t." I found the situation frustrating but didn't want to make it any worse, so I said that I would just do it myself. Unfortunately, this means that in addition to the $450 I paid to the body shop, I have to spend an additional $40 through BMW to buy the paint to repair the damage that the body shop caused. Overall, the experience was OK and the staff was friendly and accommodating, but due to the difficulty in getting ahold of them and the new damage to my vehicle, I would not return. read more

I recently visited this place as I used to get my car's body work done from them. I've used Premier Collision before to get my car fixed, but I was shocked this time around. I went there to see that Dario, the previous manager, and the old staff were all gone, and was replaced by people who either don't want your business or want to scam you out of your money. The lady at the front desk was very rude and won't even bother to call one of her employees when I said I was here to get a quote to fix my car's bumper. She was too busy chatting with a friend of hers and ignoring a potential client. Then when finally someone gave me a quote, it was unbelievably high! I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to automobiles, and I was not going to fall for it. What they gave me a quote of $2500 for, I got it done for $400 somewhere else, with great quality of work. And, they got it done quicker than Premier Collision told me it's going to take. I used to take my car here when Dario, the previous manager, worked there. My boyfriend accidentally broke the door handle on his car. He's an Uber driver part time, so this was actually kind of a crisis for us financially. A friend recommended a body shop in Aventura which turned out to be closed. We used Yelp to find Premier Collision and raced over there an hour before it closed. The manager John greeted us warmly and, upon discovering that the car door wouldn't open, vowed to solve our problem as simply as possible. Within 20 minutes, John had the door open and the new handle on. He was even able to paint the door handle for us and the price was much more reasonable than expected. I have some minor scratches on the back end of my car and I will be returning for an estimate and we're recommending Premier to everyone we know. They seriously hooked it up. read more

I had a very positive experience working with Premier Collision on the repair of the back end of my SUV. I was in need of a repair for a banged in bumper and scratches on my car. Before I chose Premier, I researched several auto body shops in the North Miami Beach area and chose three shops to visit & receive quotes from. Robert at Premier Collision provided me with the most competitive quote and he was most genuine in trying to help me. He helped me save even more money by suggesting his coupon on Groupon which was well worth it. I saved a few more hundred dollars. Robert also referred me to his car rental contact, which provided a special discount for being a customer of Premier. The car rental company both picked me up and drove me back to Premier. Robert kept his promise to repair my vehicle within just a few days which saved me money at the car renal company. The quality of his work was great and his guys even cleaned up a scratch for me that I wasn't expecting. The back of my SUV looks brand new. His detail guys provided a nice cleaning/polish before I arrived. I have no complaints regarding my experience with Premier. I recommend others to use Robert and his company for repairs similar to mine. I will use him again should I need auto body work in the future. read more

My car was wrecked twice in 3 months...the first time I took it to Premier for nearly $8,500 worth of damage, although it took quite some time (nearly 40 days) for the work to be finished I was very satisfied with the results. I had the car back for a bit over a month and someone smashed into my front end. I immediately thought of Premier and decided they were the perfect choice for $10,000 worth of damage this wreck caused. I WAS WRONG!!! The car was towed to Premier on June 29th and I was told 4 weeks to finish. After being told the car would be ready on 5 different occasions, I was finally fed up and told them I would be picking the car up August 12...44 DAYS LATER...when I arrived at the shop I was told all the car was missing was the front grille (which was on back order). By the time I drove 20 minutes to get home, I had a list of 15 things that were not done or still broken...to list a few: 1. cruise control did not work 2. check engine light on (what repair shop returns a newly fixed car with a check engine light on!?) 3. a painted bumper that felt like sandpaper 4. dirty finger prints all other the interior airbag trim work 5. the gear shifter cover broken 6. passenger window did not roll down with dirvers control 7. the ABS light on 8. Side airbag trim work popping off 9. a new headlight with water vapor in it 10. a new rearview mirror that falls off going over speed bumps 11. an alignment jobs that when going straight the wheel has to be turned 45 degrees...and I can keep going. I immediately told the owner who replied with "I am very sorry but i will correct it" After not having a car for 44 days, the last thing I wanted to do was take it back into the shop but I did. I also brought a list of the items that needed repair. I was promised THIS time that it would be fixed in 1-2 days. 3 days later and 15 phone calls later, I was told I could pick the car up. I arrived to the shop to find out that the check engine/ABS lights are still on, cruise control still does not work, the paint was never fixed and really the only thing that was fixed was the headlight. SO AGAIN...I called the shop and let them know I would be dropping the car off AGAIN! This time I was told that the owner was out of town and did not over see the work that was done. BS! I was promised it would take 1-2 more days...3 days later and 10 more phone calls I was finally told I could pick the car up at 4. When I arrived the car was still getting an alignment. After waiting an hour and a half I was finally about to get my all fixed car (the date was SEPTEMBER 14th...75 days after the actual wreck!). I was so excited. Finally I am driving around and realize my cruise control still does not work even though my knee airbag cover was bent off to access the CC cables...now that the cover it bent, it does not clip back in place and has a huge gap...the problems do not stop there...the check engine light was back on, my headlight was missing a lightbulb, the dirty finger prints, just kept adding up, the alignment is still off...,the gear shifter gets jammed since the cover was never fixed, the rearview mirror still falls off. and the list just does not end. I thought bringing this shop $18,500 worth of business in three months would help me have a car that is fixed to professional standards. I AM EMBARRASSED that I talked so positively about Premier and told everyone I know how great the place is. I would have rather paid my $250 deductible and had the car fixed right and in a timely manner. I thought these guys were cool and legit...I thought I had finally found a repair shop in South Florida that was honest and respectful...I WAS WRONG. read more

Very honest business as Jimmy advised us on how to buff out scratches without having to come in and even buffed out the majority of the scratches without charging us. An amended review. LIARS, BAIT & SWITCH ARTISTS. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. These guys draw you in with a $199 GroupOn towards your deductible. They are in cahootz with an Enterprise Car Rental place around the corner. My experience: I was drawn in by the GroupOn. They even cleared the entire $500. Even gave me cab fare from Enterprise (I'd lost my wallet and drivers license and only had a computer print out for proof of ID). Manager Dario said my car would be fixed and that I'd be a customer for life. In anticipation of this wonderful service I posted a 5 star review on Yelp. Meantime, they turned a 10 day job (authorized by Geico) in to a 35 day comedy of planned errors. "We're having difficulty getting the right parts" HELLO! I drive a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Drive down any highway and you'll see plenty of them. The parts are available. Geico stopped paying for my rental after ten days and these swindlers picked up the tab. Meanwhile, the co-conspirators at Enterprise hold my $150 deposit for 35 days. I wind up with mo0re than $200 in overdraft charges. I'm poor. I live pay check to paycheck. After 34 days I get a call from Dario (the alleged manager) who tells me my car will be ready at 4pm. At 3:59 I'm at Premier's driveway when I get a call from the receptionist (a nice looking woman who habitually puts customers on hold for more than 10 minutes) that they "forgot to paint the hood." Bullshit! Not only had they not painted the hood. They hadn't washed the car nor had they road tested it. I came back the next day as the shop was closing. The car was in unsatisfactory condition. The front left tire was extremely low (no leak, my mechanic did a tuneup and everything was fine), the horn didn't work and the hood would close.). To add insult to injury, the thieves took my car to Enterprise (because I was at their place after closing of both Enterprise and the lot) and told me it will all be taken care of. Not trusting the fast talkers, I show up at 8AM to find that the whereabouts of the car are unknown. Finally I confirm that it's at Enterprise, but that Enterprise was going to keep my deposit because Premier had yet to pay a 500 plus balance. I made such a pest of myself with Dario that he handed me $150 cash, which doesn't compensate for a day missed from work at an earlier date when I was told the car would be ready, the overdrafts, the inconvenience and the fact that I am never going to rent a car from Enterprise again unless corporate headquarters returns my money and agrees never to do business with these charlatans again. read more

Someone rear ended my SUV and I took my car to this Body Shop as it was highly recommended. There was a situation where the insurance company would not cover a certain time period for my rental while in the shop. Jimmy was very professional, kept his word and was gracious enough to cover the portion of the bill that was not covered. This place might be the worst business in all of Miami, and that is saying a lot. They have deals with a lot of the local tow truck operators to bring cars to them. At this point they over promise and then underdeliver. Moreover, the owner gets beligerent with the customers when they call to complain (he did it to me, and then I heard him do the same thing to another cutomer over the phone). Once we got the car back, there were 4 or 5 things that were done wrong and needed to be redone. The rear defroster still doesn't work on the car. If you somehow get trapped and a tow truck driver takes your car to this place, do yourself a favor and call another guy to take it somewhere else... read more

I had The worst experience with Premier collision inc. They were very unprofessional. I took my car over there in January and got it back in May, Couldn't they get it fixed in less that 5 months? C'mon. It was my Mustang who was crashed on the left side fender and some scratches on the left door and hood, when the insurance agent went to my home to check the car, the estimate was $1,300. Premier collision messed up the car and ended getting over $7,000 from the insurance and did a very bad job. Also they did extra scratches on parts of the car and didn't wanna fix them. They gave me the car super dirty and the paint job on the fender was horrible. It has drops of paint and after one month the hole fender started to turn yellow. They also stole my Hood Insulation Pad and the Radiator Cover, worth $300, and refused they took them. PLUS Worst Customer service, I used to go every week to check on my car and they lied a lot and the manager hid from me. STAY AWAY!!! Don't go through my experience. read more

Phenomenal, attentive, and efficient are just a few words to describe the owners at Premier Collision. The customer service was excellent! I was personally taken care of by Jimmy and Robert who made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. I was involved in a major accident and my 2007 Camry seemed like a total loss but I was assured it was fixable. I put my car in the hands of two businessmen that took care of me like I was family. Jimmy made sure my car was towed to the body shop, got me a rental car, and made sure I was ok because of the injuries I received in the accident. Robert made sure all the parts and minor details were covered so I could walk away with practically a brand new car. Over $10,000.00 worth of damage and my car was fixed in 32 days. Amazing! Being that I have been involved in accidents before no body shop has ever helped me with my deductible and made sure that I had a guarantee of all the work done on the car. Best shop in town! Premier Collision came so highly recommended to me that although I live an hour away I decided it was worth the trip. Jimmy and his team went way above and beyond in making sure that my car was repaired to my satisfaction and also made sure that I didn't come out of pocket for any expenses incurred bc my car was in the shop. When my insurance company didn't cover my rental car, jimmy graciously offered to pick up the tab. Also, Premier has a night drop off, so when I returned to my parked car on south beach which was a victim of a hit and run at 10pm, I was able to have the tow company drop it off that night and avoid a second tow in the morning, saving me an additional $180. Jimmy worked with me on doing additional repairs for a great rate and made sure that my perfectionist expectations were met. This place is a joke. My car was there for over a week for some interior scratches. I called and asked about it and got lies. They did not help me with my rental when they said it would take 3-4 days to fix. The worst part is that I made an arrangement to have the car there a month in advance.
