I just moved to Miami from LA, and my AMG GTC had a wrap that a shop in LA did that just wasn't great. I took my car to Hugo at First Class and he was super professional, I left it for a few days while on a trip, and he got it back to me on the day I asked it to be done (which is itself amazing), and the job they did was just fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. They did a full blackout (chrome delete, wheels, emblems, etc.), removed the old wrap, did a ceramic coat on the paint, tinted my windows. Randomly saw this shop reminds me I visit here years ago, but I still feel disgusting the service here. I was there to wrap a piece of interior trim for my BMW, a few days later the wrap start have some bubbles inside, and I went back to fix it, the owner provides a solution which is put another layer on top to cover the bubbles, after the job was done he is going to charge me instead of fixing for free. I am so surprised that he did a horrible job and I have to pay for it. So after the whole conversation, he was saying I do not want to see you again. That is the first time in my life I was been treated like this, so I decided to share my story.
