I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again. Well this wagon has been sitting in the hot Florida sun all these years and of course some of the tinting was bubbling. I called and spoke to Adrian who told me to bring it in for a look and he told me that he would honor the guarantee and replaced all the window tinting. Did I mention 28 year old tinting!! Turns out that the car was no longer in the computer for automated cutting of the film panels for each window so Adrian had one of his top installers (Joey) manually cut and fit each window. It took a couple of days but was well worth the wait. I can't recommend this company enough - great detailed work, excellent communication and a real dedication to customer service - pretty rare in today's world. I have tinted at least 4 other vehicles there and will continue to use them for all my future purchases!
