I called to get more information about the options and prices. I spoke to Jimmy and from what I understand, he is the owner. He explained the different options and price points. I agreed to come in Monday morning. Upon arriving to the shop I met with a young man at the desk. I explained that I spoke to Jimmy a few days before and came in to get my car windows tinted. The young man quoted me with different prices than was already given. For example with Jimmy the starting rate was $190, with this young man the starting rate was $240 an almost 30% mark up. I do not like dishonesty and I definitely don't respect any business taking advantage of people. I explained to the young man that I was quoted a different price and if he did not plan on honoring it then I needed to speak to the owner. Three calls were made to the owner and there was no answer. At this point I was ready to walk. The young man had an about face and stated he would complete the job at the price the owner quoted me at. I found this very disingenuous. I must admit he did a good job despite the initial attempting to haggle me in the beginning. When I checked in there was a $30 off Yelp discount but he reported he has never seen it before and could not process it. I wish more business respected 'word of mouth' referrals as it's the best way to get people in your door. A word of advice being honest and consistent is always the best business practice. I will be hesitant to refer here.

The manager, Steve, provided a detailed email with information about all the different packages. I appreciated his helpfulness and no pressure interaction. In addition to the doors and back windows, Steve suggested adding a clear tint to the front windshield, which I didn't realize was a thing, and, wow, it has made a ton the difference! Now getting into the car on a hot day is no problem at all. I can't believe I waited 3 years to get the tinting done! Service was quick, and Steve even offered to attach my dash cam to the front windshield after the 3-day curing was completed. I feel the prices are reasonable and competitive. I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again. He is a very reputable business owner and clearly expresses a desire to please his customers with the best service and product. I strongly recommend this shop. Updated April, 2024.
