I contacted Collision Care Express regarding some minor damage to the paint in my car. A woman named Michelle responded snd asked if I could come to Pompano for an estimate. It was a bit of a drive so she also said they have a system for me to upload pictures and they do a virtual estimate. Great. I had to take a minimum of 6 pictures of various spots in my car (where there wasn't any damage) and submit through their portal. I did so the same day the link was sent. Waited 2 days, no estimate. Reached back out to them explaining I was still waiting and received an email asking me to select a time that afternoon for the phone call/virtual estimate. I did that. 3pm on a Wednesday. Not only did they NOT call, they still have not responded to my message to them on Thursday about the missed appointment. It's now Saturday and still NO response from anyone there. Not professional, not customer centric, not reliable, not efficient, and zero follow through. I don't care if your work is good, if you have no customer service skills or adequate follow up you will not get my money. read more

What a joke this place is. Don't expect anyone following up with you. You will constantly have to call them to get updates. I was told by Ryan Palmer that they didn't take Rebuilt Cars through my Progressive Claim but that they would make an exception. After taking my car apart and beginning work on it and not telling me anything or updating me on what repairs needed to be done, I fired back at the Progressive agent as well as Ryan because they both told me that they would give me an update by 5PM that day as to what was being done and when my car would be ready. Neither of them reached out. At that point it had been 4 days that they had my car. The next day I sent out an email explaining my frustrations and rather than address them, they kicked me out of their shop stating that they are not allowed to work on Rebuilt title cars because of their insurance. Total BS! I had to move my car to another shop. I took it to a great shop if you ever need one that is Porshe OEM Certified. " StuttGart" is the place and the extra work that I was having done that Collision Care Xpress quotes $335.00 for Stuttgart is doing it for free! My high roof cargo van got hit the side and looking for Bodyshop can fix it. Looked around my area and been in 3 shops they not take it because it looked over size. When I called CCXpress they agreed to fix my van with 24 days on estimate and it cost 14 thousand dollars for the damage with promises fix it to factory safety with OEM parts repair. I'm okay with that quote because my van just bought 7 months and it will paid by the insurance from other driver. This is my work van so i need to pay for the guy to removed all tool shelves and equipment so get ready for them made the work faster. After 26 days received the pickup day. I walked around and point many issues so they said come back 2 hours later for them to fix it. Pickup up after 4 hours late. On next day when my guy come and setup the shelves he pointed me the paint cracked from the joint of 2 panels. One of the fender is look so different under the sun light. Because they paint the old part and reuse it the big problem is the windshield got the clear paint all over. I so disappointed about all the repair i call them to solve the problem. Bring back the van and they fix the crack by overlay the crack, and it look so bumpy. didn't replace the fender and said "that the new part but got damaged by shipping so they paint it and install to my new van. If I don't like it they will order another part and it will take long time." That's what did they told me. The horrible thing is they use like sand paper to remove the paint on the windshield and it destroys my stock windshield. Bring it back to them for 3rd time for repair all the issues. They're give me a call for the windshield will replace and i want it be an oem part and they are confirmed that they used oem windshield. Take me another the week to pickup the van. The brand they used on the windshield is not made from Mopar ( brand for Ram) but i so tired with this company and i need my van back to work after 4 months I don't have a van for work, the rental insurance paid only 24 days from there quote. Sorry for English is my second language so hard to tell about all my issues with this company. My car has been at Collesion Care Express for six weeks (24May) and counting with each Geico and Collesion Care Express blaming the other for this unnecessary delay and valuable time was wasted unnecessarily. On June 6th my adjuster advises me that a reasonable amount of time has passed and my car rental period is ending on June 7. Thinking my vehicle was ready, I come to find out repairs have not even begun either because Collesion Care Express didn't have approval or payment for parts. June 12th... Collesion Care Express still waiting on payment for parts. Geico states payment is not needed. Because of my insistence, I was able to extend my rental to its maximum on 18 JUN. I had the foresight to rent at the least expensive car to extend it. I called my adjuster's supervisor on 27JUN to get things moving. The next day the Geico supervisor calls me to tell me the shop will have my car ready that day or by the next day. I call Collesion Care Express and they verify my car will be ready between 30JUN-01JUL. I return my rental then check in again with CCE on the 29th at which point I am told during reassembly more parts are needed. A red flag early on was when Collsion Care Xpress expressed their belief that you automatically have 30 days rental. This is just not so unless you fight for it. I was constantly managing this ordeal. I can not testify as to the quality of repair as I have not seen my vehicle. All I can say is that Collesion Care Xpress is not familiar with how Geico operates and their policies and wait times can be long for parts from their vendors. Being a Geico partner may sound good but it doesn't mean much. I am sure my car will be clean according to reviews but in reality it will cost me over $800 in car rental and Lyft fees and a lot of aggravation. read more

My 2022 pickup truck was struck in the rear on 7-20-23. I initially took my truck to Collision Care Xpress on 7-24-2023. It took 3 visits and almost two and a half months of time in their facility for them to repair my truck. Despite the fact that I waited until all of the required parts were in, it took almost two months to complete the initial repair attempt. During this period I was given information that was not accurate and several promised delivery dates that were not kept. I was informed that my truck was ready and I picked it up on 11-2-2023. After a careful inspection of my truck in my garage, it was obvious that my truck had been damaged by the imprint of the overspray soap that was used to protect the undamaged areas of the truck. The damage was widespread, but most pronounced on the hood. I dropped my truck off for the second repair attempt on 11-13-2023 and picked it up on 11-17-2023. Once again a careful inspection of the truck revealed that not only was the overspray imprint still visible on the hood, but the hood also had scratches, swirls and even a circular imprint where it seemed an employee placed a can or bottle on the hood while the overspray was on the truck. I dropped my truck off for the third repair attempt on 12-11-2023 and picked the truck up on 12-15-2023. Collision Care Xpress repainted the hood. Almost 5 months after my initial visit to Collision Care Xpress my truck was completed. Collision Care Xpress provides loaner vehicles to customers. I was never offered a loaner vehicle. When I requested a loner vehicle I was told that none were available. I consider this to be the worst experience that I've ever had with a service provider. read more

I have had the worst experience with this collision shop. My car has been here since Nov 29, 2022 and here we are Jan 23, 2023. They have been unorganized, have had the worst communication, and has given me a number of false information. From the customer service agents to the director, I have been given incorrect information. This went from a simple bumper repair that should have been less than 6k to now being reported as 25k of damages. Which was never presented to me or my insurance company until the date of pick up of my car. Still no one has presented my car or have been able to justify the 25k estimate. It has gone from a bumper replacement, to a replacement of my entire back glass windshield and who knows what else. I have been told every week they are waiting on parts. Not sure what parts takes 2 months for repairs but I have been patient. The lack of customer service has been horrendous and unprofessional. I wouldn't bring a toy car to be repaired here. Please if you are thinking of using them DON'T!! Still waiting on a call and everyone is avoiding my calls. I have attached pictures to reflect the minor repairs that were required. I spoke to Theodore Evers, Beth Gamero (Operations manager), Chris Evans (Collision Director) and Joel Castineira who told me and my insurance adjuster that he received the last pmt agreed on of 6k and the only thing left was detailing my car and would be ready for picked up no later than Jan 20th. Now he is not returning any calls and is now telling my adjuster the repairs are 25k. This place is a joke, unprofessional and has unqualified reps. Most people I talked to are really nice, but the paint quality is not good, not even after they repainted the bumper for a second time. Price is higher than everybody else. I had many Porsche bumpers repainted and they all ran between $300-$500. This shop charged me $637 ($620 because they didn't have change). They charge you the 3% credit card fee if you don't pay cash I had to drive to this shop 5 times during my work hours. Two times are expected to drop off and pick up, but 5 times? My boss wasn't happy about me beeing gone and none of my additional rides haven't been appreciated by this shop in any way. 1: Drop off 2: Pick up (Left bumper because of many visible stone chips. They said come tomorrow early) 3: Pick up (Went early as requested but bumper wasn't ready) 4: Pick up (Left bumper there because buffing didn't remove stone chips) Repaint! 5: Pick up (Still issues after repaint) For a shop that wants to be Porsche certified you have to improve your quality way more. I'm putting this bumper on my car and it's sad that I have to accept the issues. Issues visible in pictures: - Tow hook cover has too much paint/clear coat on one side - Bottom had too much paint on corner too. Longest paint collection I've seen. - Top corner has new clamp marks. Referencing their reply DIRECTLY, what I was looking for has ZERO to do with FIXING the convertible top to my car. The third item I listed involves body work and service. They simply DIDN'T want to do it, they barely LISTENED to me, and they TREATED me like I was a STUPID female who knew zero about my car. So while the EMPHASIS in their REPLY is on my convertible top, there was NO repair to my top needed or asked for. It's a NEW top that was put on last year. It's STILL new. If I needed repair to the top, I'd have searched for a place SPECIFIC to repairing of convertible tops. And don't let the term "older model convertibles" fool you. My car is in MINT condition. It's been babied for 24 YEARS. The car appears as brand spankin' new and I was recently approached by two men in a parking lot about my car. And while that was my FIRST time in South Florida, it's NOT a first time at all. I've been approached by mostly men about my car, on average, about once a week. Collision Care Xpress is simply TRYING to make themselves LOOK better to all of those 5 star reviewers. They probably ARE a great collision repair shop. Especially if you have insurance paying thousands of dollars to put a smashed car back together. Thing is, to do what I needed to have done would cost thousands in labor alone. I guess they didn't need my CASH because of all of that insurance company money they're making. Shame on ALL of the people I dealt with. Oh, numbers 1 and 2 in my original review? Fixed elsewhere plus other smaller tasks for ONE HOUR'S worth of labor. The hood release? Found online for $9.99. Plate screws removed in 5 minutes, NOT the half an hour quoted to me at CCX. Wiper fluid hose? Fine. Fluid was low and they refilled it for no charge. Checked all fluids and topped off everything too. No charge. For ONE HOUR'S worth of labor. For a shop that claims to work on CLASSIC cars, they have a TON of NERVE referring to mine as an "older model." The car *IS* a classic car. I simply DON'T WANT a classic plate because of the mileage restrictions. I'll put a classic plate on it when I buy my next car: a Camaro. read more

They offered two preferred repair shops -- the first one was a 2.5 Yelp rating (no thanks) and the second was an almost-perfect rating, Collision Care Xpress. And while my car's damage wasn't major, C.C.X. made it even more painless. Great service, personable and knowledgeable staff, reasonable timelines and prices -- I wish the rest of life worked as happily. Plus they honored a Yelp discount above and beyond for the repairs. One last thing -- driving my car home, I noticed one light wasn't working, on the opposite side of the damage. I brought the car back to show them. Instead of a dispute over fault, they replaced the light and got it working in less than an hour. And offered me Cuban coffee for my wait. C.C.X. totally earned its five-star Yelp status. We purchased a new Cadillac XT4 and one week later someone backed into our car while we were at a restaurant and didn't bother to leave a note or try to find us. A friend recommended Collision Care Xpress. We are 'off the chart' impressed by this amazing company. When I arrived for the estimate, I met Brandon who was friendly, responsive, and supportive. He took the time to take the pictures to file for the estimate and explained how the whole process works at Collision Care Xpress. Within 4 hours I had my estimate and Brandon checked in with me to set up the appointment. The day I dropped off the car I went to the wrong building. I met a gentleman who said, "Just follow me!" When I walked into Collision Care Xpress I was greeted immediately and was promptly introduced to a friendly estimator. He was able to theorize about all the mystery dents and scratches ("a bike crashed into your car, see how a brake lever made that dent?") and gave me a thorough estimate for the work. The whole office was friendly and accommodating, and while I was doing the paperwork I witnessed them going above and beyond to help other customers feel satisfied. I found Collision Care on yelp and Google and while looking through multiple reviews. The reviews seemed positive and the work appeared to be quality. So I decided to put my faith in the Internet and take the plunge. My vehicle had suffered a front end collision. The front bumper ,hood, radiator support and passenger side headlight were damaged and needed to be replaced. In addition to the driver side and passenger side fender panels which were also damaged, but they only needed to be bent back in place and repainted. Before coming to Collision Care on site I personally purchased and sourced all the above listed parts myself. The front bumper and hood were both aftermarket parts. The hood was fiberglass and the front bumper was polyurethane which typically require additional attention over traditional OEM parts. However, myself and the advisor were both unaware that the aftermarket hood required a special primer that was not normally used on vehicles and was not on hand. So the primer had to be ordered which delayed the overall repair which was understandable considering this was not discovered until the actual production committee started work on the vehicle. After dropping off my vehicle on a Saturday and speaking with the Collision advisor during my appointment I was told that the vehicle will be ready by Friday to my surprise almost 2 weeks went by before my vehicle was ready after back to back phone calls and emails with the staff. Once I finally got my vehicle back I drove off with excitement of having a brand new looking car. Upon initial examination my car looked good. It looked brand new but as I started to look at it in more detail I noticed there were small indentations on the hood, front bumper and driver side and passenger fender side panels. The panels prior to this collision work did display any form of indentation or bubble in the paint. So I called and discussed the issue with the advisor and staff. I brought my vehicle after confirming an appointment. I relayed all the issues above to a member of the staff while we were inspecting my vehicle. I made sure to point out all the issues including indentations and the missing paint on the passenger side corner of the fender panel where it meets the bumper. He explained to me that the production manager said that the paint on the hood had several layers of clearcoat which needed to settle before refinishing the hood again in order to avoid any problems with the final result. So I left and I said I'll be back in a month and I even wrote an email detailing the conversation I had with the gentleman and my plans to return. Fast forward almost a month later and I sent an email to my former Collision advisor and to the service email address, but I didn't receive a response and I had to call and I was told that members of would staff reach out to me however this was on a Thursday and I did not receive a call back at the end of the week or on Monday. It's a bit disappointing but I feel like I'm a nuisance having to bother them to fix these issues. The total of the repairs not including the parts only the labor cost over $3000. The rental cost which was initially around $500 but eventually doubled to over $1000 due to delays in the repair has completely blown my initial rental budget out of the water. I'm not necessarily complaining about the repairs. The hood and bumper were fitted properly and the car was realigned with the radiator support installed. My vehicle turned out pretty well, but there were details(indentions and bubbles) in the paint which I know later down the road will become a problem that needs to be addressed. Also the paint is peeling off of the front bumper on the driver side where it meets the fender panel. It's been like pulling teeth just to get in contact with somebody who can resolve this. I'm not one to complain and I don't mean to write this review to necessarily target collision care express ,but it does feel like I am being ignored here and after spending over $3000 on repairs alone not including parts or the $1000+ dollars I spent on the car rental because of the extra days when my car was being repaired. I feel disappointed with my vehicle's result after all this time and money I have had to put in to this problem with no clear solution in sight. Be wary, do your research and do it again. No one cares about your vehicle more than you do. read more

Just don't go here. Don't. The google reviews are what brought me to collision care express. I went against my better judgement. For the 2 1/2 months that they had my car, now depending upon to whom I spoke, repairing the grill, hood and bumper were no big deal. I drove my car until they had all the parts in which took 3 weeks. At no time did I get an ETA, never. I communicated w them via text so I have everything documented. When I finally picked up my car last Friday, after letting them know I have contacted my attorney, my car was ready the next day... wow. But when they brought me my cat, warning lights were going off. I said you are fixing this. They reset the computer and sent me on my way. Only to have all the sensors go off again. Also come to find out after I left, they installed the wrong grill, but they left me a gift in my backseat, part of my grill. I was at BMW the next morning to get my car repaired. Collision care Xpress is paying bmw directly and I have contacted my insurance company to withhold the last payment to them and they have not paid them yet. read more
