I've been meaning to write my review about this service for several weeks, but I kept getting sidetracked. I purchased an auto detailing as a gift for a friend's 5-series and I asked for the full works. I called them on a Saturday afternoon requesting the work for the following afternoon. Unfortunately on Sundays they don't work a full shift, so they were only able to come in the morning and since it could take 2-3 hours, they can't come very late. Completely understandable so you might have better luck on time slots if you order for Saturday or the weekdays. I was trying to have them start at 11 AM but the latest they could do was 10 AM. I was able to negotiate a 10:30 AM appointment time. I paid over the phone in advance so as to not have the detailer go through that hassle the next day, and gave them my contact information. The next day they called me at 9:45 AM to inform me that the detailer is running late and if 11 AM is okay with me. It was fine with me because I had actually requested that time to begin with, but I appreciated being notified in advance. They got points there. The detailer assigned to me was Armando, and he did an excellent job with the vehicle. It was a very hot day but that did not detract from his work. When he was done with the car, it looked as if it had just come off the lot. I don't know how many detailers they have, but if you're able to request him, I highly recommend it. He was nice, did an excellent job, and worked at a good pace. I came out a couple of times to check on him and give him some cold water (he brought his own but just being a good host) and he was always working on the car. There was not one inch of that car left untouched when he was done with it. Later that day I had to run some errands and I felt bad getting in the car! When he was done with the car, I inspected it, he gave me some car maintenance tips as to when I should consider getting a full detail again, shook hands, gave him his tip, and off he went. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I would recommend these guys. The communication was good and I did not regret paying for the work. read more

I would like to thank A1 for the service today and the man that was sent was wonderful. So nice and did a great job. He was on time and got detailing booked quickly. Reasonable prices plus tip I will definitely use them again. read more

I'm so happy I found A-1 Auto Detailing. Eric came to my home today and did a fantastic job with my car, in the scorching heat at that. Super down to earth and friendly. I really enjoyed talking with him. I got the works and he worked hard and was very thorough. A-1 has amazing customer service from start to finish and Eric was quick to point out how amazing the owner Sergio is. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of time and energy put in to their work. Highly recommend and looking forward to having my husbands detailed in the near future. read more

02/11/2021 I have used 3 different car detail companies and they just did not do the work correctly, but this company knocked it out of the park . First off I'm am very picky and very detailed so I expect the work to be done as if I were doing it if not better . This company exceeded that . When I called Sergio he was very polite and up front on prices and expectations. Jeremy detailed my car and I only want him detailing my car for now on . He made sure to go over things such as cleaning and pricing with us which was about 10min and made sure we were comfortable with what he recommended . We chose the plan that was $195 and he was here for about 2 1/2 hours . He did the door jams and areas most people forget to do and we are very satisfied with the work he did and did not have to point things out like we did with the other companies. We even have them coming out to do another one of our cars tomorrow and have pinned them down for a regular monthly cleaning. Thank you Jeremy for such an awesome job and Sergio for being courteous and helpful. read more

Sergio was great! They scheduled my apt and showed up when promised. He sent Anthony who cleaned my car better than I have seen since I bought it (I have tried several others in the past). He was sure to know exactly what I wanted so there was no surprise in the billing in the after math (which I appreciate) I like the fact that he is an established company and not just one person so I can get service when I need without relying on just one person. I will def be using them from now on. Thank you both! read more

I found their business online and wanted to support a black owned business. Service was good, price is fair. Looking forward to more cleaning appt w them. read more

10/10 service. My car was a mess and I needed it detailed as soon as possible. I called to set up an appointment for when I got off work, and Rob was at my house as soon as I got home. I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of this Buisness. My car came out beautiful- like I just bought it, and smells amazing. I definitely recommend! Super convenient that they come to you and for the price for a full detail, honestly, it can't be beat! read more

When my car needs a deep cleaning I always call the professionals at A-1 Auto Detailing. I just had another great job completed by an expert detailer name Isaiah. He arrived at my office exactly at the time I scheduled and was courteous as always. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! The owner Sergio has a great team of professional detailers and I fully recommend everyone to give them a call when you need your car or truck cleaned. I can always depend on A-1 to do a great job. Good service, price and pretty much always on time. I use them regularly. 4-star because they do not use eco friendly and higher quality cleaning products. I was not completely happy when I took the full interior package as some residual stains from their product were left on the dashboard. read more

Waste of time. Made appointment twice. No show, weird excuses. Very dissapointed. Made the second appointment in hope of giving him a second try and because i really need it done. Wont be a third one. read more

These guys are amazing! Extremely professional and very competitive pricing! I was looking to get my headlights restored and the engine cleaned on a 2008 BMW 328i. I first called "the headlight guys" and of course it was $100 and they could come to me for over a week. So I found A-1 detailing online. Called up they got me an appointment the same day. Super nice and funny guy came to my job I showed him the car and gave him the key. Honestly for $55 for the headlight and $55 for the engine clean I wasn't expecting much. But much to my surprise an hour later they turned out phenomenal! I was shocked how good it came out, wasn't expecting that at all!!! That guy was amazing! I still can't believe he got it so clean! Thank you so much A-1 detailing! I will definitely being trying out your car washing services and I will be calling to get another car of mines headlights done! read more

I recently used A-1 Auto Detailing for both of our cars. They did a decent job on the cars but during the detailing of the second vehicle, the company's truck leaked a significant amount of oil in my driveway. To their credit, they tried on two different occassions to remove the very noticeable oil stain. Unfortunately, they were largely unsuccessful and now are also unresponsive. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend others do (and if you do, do not let them bring their truck into your driveway!) read more

Better than I expected. The main spots that was of concern was the front floors, very stained from years of juice ketchup and god knows what else. He did a good job removing those stains. The seats were not that dirty to begin with but I thought they would look better than they did. Over all the guy was nice and got it done quickly in an hour before the rain came. I gave him a 10 dollar tip. read more

I got my car detailed today by Rashiem and I can't thank him enough. He came out to my job even earlier than expected and I was greeted with a call before he came. We did a standard wash, along with a shampoo on my cloth seats. Take note that I've had my car now for two years. I've split numerous cups of coffee on my seats along with bringing flour and grease into my car each night from making pizzas at work. My seats and my car looks brand new again! I don't even want to sit in my car and make it dirty again. I can't thank A1 detailing enough. Definitely will use them again in the future for another detail and a wax. Prices are very reasonable for the job they do. read more

A-1detailed my car today. They did a wonderful job. They were on time and efficient in completing the work. I thought the price was quite reasonable. I would certainly use them again. A-1 Auto Detailing is a great car detailing company. Jay & Sergio are great and always manage to get me an appt even if I call the day of! If for some reason they are booked, I get on the wait list and they always manage to come thru! Detailers always show up on time and do a good job. It is very convenient to have an mobile detailer as I cant always make it to a car wash and they do a much better job than those drive thru car washes. It's nice to get into a clean car at the end of a work day! Thanks Guys! P.S. My dad uses you guys to detail his tesla now more than I do :) read more

Just got my car washed at my office. These guys are great! I did a complete detail and honestly the car looks better than the day it left the Dodge dealership. Horrendous customer service! I had called ahead of time to schedule a car cleaning, and asked if the pricing was affected by the condition of the car, I was told "no, of course not". A-1 was 2 hours late for the cleaning, then proceeded to tell us that the estimate we were given was totally wrong and that to clean the car it would be $95 instead of the originally stated $62. The main office was no help at all with the issue and the person actually started yelling at me on the phone and not listening to the situation in any way. In the end the person just finished the seats they were cleaning, were paid for that and left. Absolutely horrible experience with very rude and disorganized customer service. Would NEVER use them again. read more

Was looking for a mobile company that could do my vehicle at my home. Read the reviews and thought I'd try them. They contacted me right away, and were able to schedule me for the same day. Isaiah was the one who came out to do the job. He was punctual and seemed knowledgeable. My vehicle had a couple of areas that needed special attention and he took care of those first. I had a full wash, wax, compound, and carpet shampoo. Car looks great. Even with the rain, he continued to work, then pulled the car into the garage to finish due to the weather. I will be using him again! Thanks for a job well done! read more
