Luis told me to come in for a free diagnostic and immediately walked me through exactly how he'd evaluate the problem and what the possible outcomes could be. He showed me everything & results in real time--and it turns out my car had no significant leaks, and I did NOT need the $3,500 repair I was quoted elsewhere. Instead, he gave me an honest assessment, clear next steps, and transparent pricing before doing any work. He even outlined potential future issues and realistic cost ranges so I'd know what to expect if the issue showed up again. Luis is honest, thorough, efficient, and incredibly kind and patient. If I ever have another issue, he's the only mechanic I'll trust--and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know.
