This was TRAUMATIC since the guy got on his car and it literally seemed like he was FOLLOWING ME, as I called the police I ran from the place since I didn't feel save and he got in this car and started driving and I turn to the left side of the street and hid behind a truck while he turned left to and when he did not see me he did a U turn and turned to the other side to drive and then just left. He said he "thought I didn't want them". This was the JOB FOREMAN! He also helped himself to clothing "for my girlfriend". I was so fed up I let him take things. Of the 3 to 4 guys who showed up, they wouldn't pack everything (asked, "what do you want to take from THIS room" in every room they entered. It's an OUT OF STATE MOVE! WTAF?) so half my stuff was left behind in an out-of-state move. They then held my stuff for THREE MONTHS, lord knows where, or WHY, before I FINALLY got it, and when it FINALLY came some furniture was COMPLETELY MISSING and some was DAMAGED. It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They did not want to fix anything in the Travel Trailer. I told them I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. They said they didn't care do it and that they're not refunding any money. Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens". This company gave me a quote immediately, charged me a very fair drop off and pick up fee, didn't charge my card until the day before it arrived, and arrived on time with equipment that enabled them to easily move this giant box into just the right spot. In addition, the container was immaculate, doors on both ends, it was the taller one and that upgrade was no charge and Bill, the delivery driver offered to bring it early if that was helpful to me. The company has two woman in the office and one driver. In the process I dealt with all three and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The entire process was PERFECT. A written quote was in my email before I was even off the phone. Seriously, if you need a Pod or a Container these are your people.
