Plus the movers got into an accident during the move, and ignored me during the process of handling the accident, while my stuff was in their truck.. I had to figure out what happened from people on the scene. When I asked for a discount because of the stress, the accident caused, they refused to offer me a discount or to reimburse me for the overcharge. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.

The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). I received a confirmation email for a Saturday pickup and made arrangements at my new out‑of‑state home based on that information. When I was later told on Friday the move would actually take place on Monday, it created a major inconvenience. I had to book a hotel for several days with my dog, and customer service offered nothing more than a sorry. There is a lack of internal communication with the moving coordinators. Fabian (the driver) and his crew, however, were exceptional. They turned a frustrating situation into a much better experience, and I highly recommend Fabian and his crew. They crossed out the section that would've given us reimbursement cost and told us we aren't given the choice to insure anything. This was after they'd already loaded everything up and we had ZERO backup options a week before moving. They backed us into a corner and we couldn't afford to have them unload everything and figure something else out. They destroyed our couch, our coffee table, our armoire, or gaming consoles, and two of our totes. Now none of it will be replaced. This is how they treat service members. You're better off with TMO, please don't ship with this company. They will give you ZERO choice to be insured and then treat your stuff like garbage because they've forced you to give up your right to reimbursement under pressure and duress. I'm so sick to my stomach. $4k in damages that won't be paid back. They know what they're doing, and they don't care. Please go with any other company that won't completely screw you over. Edit : Also, despite telling them multiple times that this is a military move and it needed to be treated like one, they failed to have the van weighed and did not provide a weigh ticket. This means I lose out of ALL moving incentives. If you've ever PCS'd, you know that's a lot of money. Please please don't use this company for your military move. They will ruin your stuff, ruin your paperwork, and you'll never be able to reach them again. Edit : I found out this week that the reason I didn't get a weigh ticket is because they processed this as a civilian move instead of a military one. They did admit that they could confirm from emails and recorded phone calls that we stated several times it was a PCS move. So the person who set ours up just didn't want to lose out on the kickbacks they get for setting up moves. I lost out on $5k+ in moving incentives because one guy didn't want to lose out on a couple hundred bucks. I asked for $3k in restitution because now I'm out $5k in incentives and at least $5k in damages to our couch, our coffee table, our armoire, and our PS5 which was pulverized. Their offer is in - $500 for the thousands in damage they caused. Let me tell y'all - when you set up a move, they don't give you the option to get your move insured. The documents they have you DocuSign do not give you OPTIONS. You HAVE to sign for no insurance. Please please, I am begging y'all, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MILITARY MOVES. They are a slimy company. They are blaming me for not "taking" insurance when at every single point I was told insurance is not an option. Luis with customer service kept asking if I wanted to hear their offer for restitution, and every time I let him talk he kept going back to "well this is your fault for not getting our insurance" when every single form I was given didn't give me any option for it. The Docusign doesn't give you options - it only activates the box to sign that THEY choose. I don't care if you've heard from someone else that this is a great option - they held our stuff hostage, extorted more money, and blamed us for it. They've clearly gone downhill. They don't care at all about military members, and should remove any mention of military moves off of their website. You will lose thousands if you go with this company.

My belongings were held hostage upon delivery (two weeks late) unless I paid an additional $3000. Some items are missing, some were damaged. I have received not one response from this scamming, shitty company.
