Their prices were in line with all others, but they actually have their own installers, not sub contractors. The installers were polite, on time, and cleaned up everyday when they finished up. We had one board that we didn't like the look of (the grain and texture of the board) and they came over and replaced it for us (which was very difficult) and now it looks great. Getting wood flooring is a huge purchase, you need to use someone that you TRUST with all that money. Endura is just that company. They stand behind their product and their installers and will fix anything that you are not happy with, no questions asked. We also discovered in our search for flooring, that other big stores actually get moldings and custom items from Endura too, so we figured we would go right to the source and we are glad we did. Recently, my mom got back a house she had sold because the new owners were not paying. They had installed a bamboo floor in the house (and did a really terrible job). I needed about 2 feet of bamboo to match, transition moldings, thresholds, and bull nosing. I thought it would be too small of an order for them, but Charlie P came out to the house, assessed what I needed to do the job, ordered the wood, and even custom made one of the moldings for me, all for about $200. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend this company, I will use them anytime I need any flooring. In these hard times, they have not forgotten what is important, great customer service and a fair price!

The sales conversation sounded confident and professional -- lots of big talk and "we've got you covered." Unfortunately, the results did not match what was promised. The swale was not done correctly. The grading/slope did not function as it should and was crumbling since day one, and the finished work looked rushed and sloppy. I have photo evidence showing the issue clearly. Spoke with Craig he came out and looked at it and agreed to redo to swale and that he would be back. When I reached out to Craig to fix it and redo the swale properly, after the first no show I didn't get solutions I got excuses. After multiple attempts to get him back out to correct his own work, communication became inconsistent and eventually he stopped responding entirely. He never came back to redo the job. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish: - Craftsmanship was poor - Work was not completed correctly - No accountability - Unprofessional follow-up - Ghosted after I requested the fix I'm leaving this review to warn others: get everything in writing, don't rely on promises, and don't assume they'll stand behind their work once payment is made. I regret choosing Krypto Blast and would not recommend them based on my experience.

Work was average at best and somewhat sloppy. The sealcoating was applied so quickly and thinly it almost looked like paint. It didn't fill in cracks at all and it didn't last. I had to have it redone a few months later. The only reason I had him do the work in the first place is because he was the only company that would make the repairs, as opposed to replacing the drive.
