I just moved and had all new floors put in. I had originally gone with the flooring store I used for my previous house but they were a disaster this time and I asked for my deposit back. I decided to try Quantum Floors based on the google reviews I saw online. I have to tell you that it was literally the best experience I could have asked for. I met Barb initially who was very knowledgeable and gave off a very good first impression. Then, I worked exclusively with Lucas, who is the manager at this location. He was phenomenal! I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I had to recognize him. He worked with me on the price of the flooring, gave me suggestions when he came to measure the house and even stopped by a couple times during the installation to check in on the team and to make sure I was satisfied with their work. On top of all that, he's a really nice guy and very easy to work with. That matters, too. My floors turned out AMAZING!! Anyway, super successful experience. Oh not to forget, the installers were all great guys, too. They were here every morning by 8:30 and left around 5:30. They were hard workers and deserve some recognition. We had all new floors done in our unit. Lucas was very helpful and responded quickly to any calls I made. He handles getting the permit, he even worked around our schedule and got the workers in a week earlier so the floors would be done before we got back to Florida. After a horrendous experience with another store, I looked online for a store that sold the flooring I wanted and found Quantum Floors on Oakland Park Blvd. What a great find. When we walked in the store we realized the business was well run. Different types of flooring were aesthetically displayed and Andrew, the Business Development Manager for that store, couldn't have been more helpful.
