I didn't even mention it. Tires were on my replace list regardless of the flats . It's always filthy dirty because of the body shops and trucks . The guy Carlos is so rude and lazy he Cursed me out and told me it was impossible to pick up my trailer because he had moved it between other trailers . Sorry you have to do your job and move it guy. I pay for this service . I will never return . You really do get what you pay for . Do not walk you run from this place ! I wish I could give them an ever lower rating than this .

Broken, dirty and recycled -broke many of our items in the process -overcharged for services they did not deliver -stole our possessions. Was told I would get wardrobe boxes and that was missed until the day of the move they brought them. I then had to tape garbage bags in the boxes so my clothes wouldn't get dirty... paid an extra $350 for what reused dirty boxes. The packing took the team 4 hours the day prior to only find out they didn't pack my spices cabinet and my brand new weighted blanket is missing... Dwight said he would work with me to settle it and now it has been days and I haven't heard from him. Company lies and steals. Now I am out $360 on my new weighted blanket. Bunch of cowards. Oh ya they showed up in a U-Haul no company vehicle... Also not to mention the poor packing done by the team multiple things broken. My plant and disco ball... no care whatsoever dirt all over my items because they packed plants in with other things. I also have a king sized bed, very expensive and that was even put together very poorly and now I am calling another company to come put it together. This company is a complete joke and was the worse possible experience to only cost me more money in the end with things missing and broken. You will thank me later do not use this company.

When I tried to put my review on their Facebook "write a review" page I was blocked. I have rented a storage unit...and even 2, for 3 years at the Davie, FL facility. Please read the contract VERY carefully. They claim to not be responsible for rodent damage among other things. I moved all of my belongings into a unit 3 years ago, I never expected it to be that long. I moved into a new place on 12/16 so excited to have my own place again and my heart broke when I saw my things in my storage unit. My belongings were ruined. Though my clothes and purses were eaten by "rodents" and covered in feces...Management advised THAT is not covered by insurance. Fortunately, my unit also had a roof leak and THAT damage is covered. Though this storage facility will "lock you out" for non-payment after day five...I have been advised my insurance claim reimbursement can take months. No bed, no furniture and having to throw away 30 years worth of treasures...heartbreaking. If that isn't enough...I was advised that I need to remove the ruined things from the storage unit before the end of the month to not incur additional fees. Please be careful who you do business with. While I was shopping for a unit the others in the area told me "don't go there, you get what you pay for"...I was a single mother who learned a hard lesson. It is now 10 days later and I have submitted my claim, which I was told would be expedited and I have heard from no one. Today I contacted my local management and was told "they are probably closed for the holidays". Very nice! Do people not even acknowledge inconvenience? To date I have paid more than $7,000. to store my belongings. Be careful and aware! Update: it has now been almost 3 weeks since my loss. I paid insurance, had coverage and this company will not respond to any inquiries nor have I been contacted by their insurance company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will need to obtain legal assistance.
