I was 2 weeks out from my move and Jamie called every few days from While I was on the road to in Florida then up until I came for my space. We had some issue with 1 space so Jamie put me in another space and made it so much easier. I will be referring my friend to rent from here.Thanks US Storage Centers.

I would recommend anyone to this store . It's very clean and well lit around the area as well at night . Jamie and Shantell are awesome workers . They also have great deals as well and would giving a helping hand if needed . I love this place and believe everyone who's looking for a Storage should rent here .

After searching for months for the combination of the right storage facility with the perfect customer service I came across US Storage Centers and from the first phone call until now I've been amazed. Professional, Extremely respectful with my time and the facility was clean and neat both inside the office and units. Ok, so the previous review was based on several visits to pick-up or drop-off items to an existing rental which was satisfactory but not viewed as extraordinary. Well, Irma changed everything! At an extremely stressful time, they were there for me. I was concerned for the safety of my vehicle and when I asked Jamie if he had a unit available to garage my car... he came through. He found a last unit and completed the paperwork in just a few minutes. He stayed long enough to run several trips home and back to store 3 of our vehicle. Btw, these are solid concrete bunkers which are perfect. Thank you Jamie, you are fantastic! read more

The rumors are true - Jamie is wonderful! He makes the process seamless from start to finish, he's incredibly thorough and answers any and all questions. Hurricane Irma sent us scrambling to get our vehicles into some type of shelter for what appeared to be a possible direct hit by the CAT 5 hurricane. We considered using parking garages to elevate them and to minimize damage from flying debris. Instead US Storage came through at the last minute!!!! All of their storage spaces are basically concrete bunkers! The property manager had two 10X20 units available for immediate move in. Bear in mind the manager was in the middle of boarding up the office and preparing to evacuate the premises. Not only were we able to park our vehicles in a safe & secure location, it was done expeditiously by a friendly, competent and patient manager. During a hurricane, stress is always high but Jamie came to our rescue at US Storage Centers!!! We needed a 10x20 car access storage unit to store our car safely during the upcoming storm and they could not have been more helpful. We made the appointment the night before with this wonder lady who is in charge of registering and appointments and she walked us through every step making it so incredibly easy for us. When arriving this morning, Jamie took the time (even though they were preparing for the storm as well!) and showed us the unit and walked us through the process once again before registering. They're beyond easy and efficient to work with! We just moved to Davie and I am more than ecstatic to find a month by month storage facility that is in our area and easy to get to for storage and especially for times in need. The place is clean, well taken care of & very secure. I didn't even think twice about storing my stuff here. They have by far the best price in town! They offer deals and if you refer somebody you'll get 50% off a month's rent. Automatic bill pay is an option which is ver convenient because I've forgotten about all my junk I've locked up already! The onsite manager Jamie is very friendly & helpful. And always sends email updates on the construction that's going on nearby, holiday hours, etc and the way it could affect access to the facility. Overall a great storage facility that I would recommend to anybody! read more

I have had so many issues with this company it's ridiculous. Including Jaime himself. At this point I would have to hire a moving company to move units bc the house is still under construction. Very shady and deceptive business practice. They really should have an option for a yearly lease with a fixed monthly rate instead of just a month-to-month lease. The month-to-month lease just gives them an excuse to raise the rate at any time for any amount. Besides the pricing issue, there also is a problem with what clearly are people who are using their storage unit as a form of residence. I see individuals walk up with no car, nothing in their hand except for a bag of food from a local food store and then leave a short time later with nothing in hand and again leave by walking away with no car.

I said he was already here and I was awaiting on the numbers and totals. The next thing out of her mouth was ok so it sounds like you need your tank filled. I am like this is a candid camera or phone prank. If I am having this many issues prior to having a tank or services provided I can only guess what it will be like trying to get gas delivered during an emergency. Thanks but no thanks. We drive down from NY in the winter and store the car here when we fly back and forth to NY. The location is handy and close to the airport. Jamie is absolutely wonderful property manager.
