Ok, so the previous review was based on several visits to pick-up or drop-off items to an existing rental which was satisfactory but not viewed as extraordinary. Well, Irma changed everything! At an extremely stressful time, they were there for me. I was concerned for the safety of my vehicle and when I asked Jamie if he had a unit available to garage my car... he came through. He found a last unit and completed the paperwork in just a few minutes. He stayed long enough to run several trips home and back to store 3 of our vehicle. Hurricane Irma sent us scrambling to get our vehicles into some type of shelter for what appeared to be a possible direct hit by the CAT 5 hurricane. We considered using parking garages to elevate them and to minimize damage from flying debris. Instead US Storage came through at the last minute!!!! All of their storage spaces are basically concrete bunkers! The property manager had two 10X20 units available for immediate move in. Bear in mind the manager was in the middle of boarding up the office and preparing to evacuate the premises. Not only were we able to park our vehicles in a safe & secure location, it was done expeditiously by a friendly, competent and patient manager. He actually waited for us to perform multiple car shuttles before locking the main gates! THANK YOU US Storage!!!!! read more

During a hurricane, stress is always high but Jamie came to our rescue at US Storage Centers!!! We needed a 10x20 car access storage unit to store our car safely during the upcoming storm and they could not have been more helpful. We made the appointment the night before with this wonder lady who is in charge of registering and appointments and she walked us through every step making it so incredibly easy for us. When arriving this morning, Jamie took the time (even though they were preparing for the storm as well!) and showed us the unit and walked us through the process once again before registering. They're beyond easy and efficient to work with! We just moved to Davie and I am more than ecstatic to find a month by month storage facility that is in our area and easy to get to for storage and especially for times in need. The place is clean, well taken care of & very secure. I didn't even think twice about storing my stuff here. They have by far the best price in town! They offer deals and if you refer somebody you'll get 50% off a month's rent. Automatic bill pay is an option which is ver convenient because I've forgotten about all my junk I've locked up already! The onsite manager Jamie is very friendly & helpful. And always sends email updates on the construction that's going on nearby, holiday hours, etc and the way it could affect access to the facility.
