When considering using this company, keep in mind that the rates WILL change and rapidly, that's how they make their money. .

Met with the sole employee, Dolly, who pleasantly searched her data base for the size I requested and surprisingly an air conditioned unit 5×10×8 is only $157 and the same size on the second floor is $132 (very competitive prices). She informed me that the QR Code on the front door will provide sizes and pricing on all available storage units. This store offers packing supplies and a storage lock for $20.00. The property is open from 6am - 9pm including holidays and unfortunately does not have 24 hour access and does not accept cash.

I have now gone through over $1000 entire repairs and getting new tires just from coming to the storage. It is almost every single time at this point. On 11/28/2020 yet again. Here we are. The same exact storage unit was broken into. LESS THAN A MONTH! And they are doing absolutely nothing. There was no added security. There was nothing. As much as you think your stuff will be safe, it is not. Beware. They have the employees dealing with this rather than the bosses/owners/etc. And did I mention they are not cheap? We will be moving and hope this doesn't happen to others.
