I left a 5 star review on google at check in for Juan. Since then the office has been useless. One of the elevators was broken when I moved stuff in. They make you purchase a lock for $20 from them and I returned it back to the office the next day. Still no refund. Spoke with the manager, she said she will look at it and call back. Still no help from her. Why hire a manager if she's not going to provide any kind of support? That's why I'm posting this. Rent a unit elsewhere. I will be calling now to cancel so they don't get another red cent out of me! read more

They dont even deserve one star here if you refuse to purchase their insurance they do anything to disrespect you and destroy your personal belongings i refused the insurance here and they flooded my unit the very next day after i payed my bill i got threatened by the staff for saying something their manager called my phone and told me since im not happy here i need to move out when my lease is up punitive action was taken in direct violation of Section 627.7275, Florida Statutes thats against the law but i guess business is business read more

I have stored my household goods here for 3 years. The facility on the inside is clean and so was the storage unit. Access to the facility is good. The staff that runs the place has been good over the years as they have changed some from when I first signed up. They have carts to use when you have goods to move around in the front when you first come in the door to go to your unit, 2 elevators to use on either side of the building. The inside storage units have like chicken wire at the top so a neighbor can't just jump over into your storage, also each bay is alarmed and will go off if somebody opens your main door without disabling the alarm when you first enter the gate. Now, my only 2 complaint is they raise your rates every 6-9 months and don't have a plug in the unit. I don't remember them telling me when I first signed up years ago that the rate would go up every 6 months. I could see once a year, but every 6 months C'mon. When I talked to the management at the time I asked, Does it just keep going up and when does it stop or will it just keep going to infinity after I got my first few raises I was paying 96.00 for a 7x10 when I transferred in May 2019 my monthly bill was 165.00 something after taxes . I guess that is the price you pay for an indoor storage facility to get it temperature regulated. read more

One star because the staff is very professional and friendly. Spent thousands of dollars here went to move my items and they were layered in mold. The unit ceiling is open to other units. Do not waste your time or money. We wish someone had a real review before we moved our house contents here. Dealing with the insurance company is a slap in the face...they have been slow to respond and incompetent. Lots of money and all our contents gone! Worse than any nightmare. read more
