At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. 12/20/2021 LATER UPDATE - when my mother finally received her items, the TV was shattered. The…read moreowner (Diego) was very quick to respond to me and replaced her TV with a brand new one. This whole process took entirely too long and was not organized. But they did do what they could to make the situation better. I encourage you to ask TONS of questions up front and get a direct answer. For example...when will my items be delivered. LATER UPDATE: As my mom has begun unpacking, her TV is completely shattered. Some items got brought to her that are not hers. So someone somewhere is missing items. This has not been a good experience at all. Come on people. Just simply do your jobs. Geesh! UPDATE 12/10/2021 Even though I am still very displeased with the length of time it took, I will say, one of the owners, Diego, reached out personally and did everything in his powers to rectify this terrible situation. It still took entirely too long. But her items were delivered yesterday and the delivery team, which is not part of this company, was amazing to deal with. Do not use this company!! My 79 year old mother has been without her items for 3 weeks now when we were told she was a direct move. Meaning 2-3 days max!!! I have called, written emails, even spoken to the "owner" Diego. No changes. She still doesn't have her items. If I could leave a negative star, I would.

When you get a call from them they are super professional and answer all your questions. They have you triple check all your items to provide an accurate quote. There were many calls about my inventory. Paul (the person whom I made initial contact with) even had me count boxes to ensure i was getting as accurate of a quote as possible. They stated they provided 30 days of free storage so when I was ready with the new address to let them know and it would be delivered no problem. Like its no big deal. They made me feel comfortable like it was all taken care of and i dont need to worry. BIG LIE!!!!!!!! When I called to notify them of my new address and move in date I was then told to send an email with the new information and inform them of my first available delivery date. This was new to me because at no time during the calls I had with Paul was I told that and the movers that picked up the items never told me that. But I did it anyway. Its an email so okay. Two business days later I call to find out an update. My items were never shipped out and Diego, started telling me that I was told by Paul that it could take any where from 2 to 14 business days of arrival of my items. Not true. I challenged him on this. Not only did he continue to argue with me he was caught in a bold face lie when he told me that he has the call recorded and I encouraged him to call me back after he listens to it. He argued that he didn't have to because AI pulled up the call. As I insisted that he listen to the call he stated that he had. I called him out quickly because he has just stated that he didn't have to because of AI. He then proceeds to imply that im stupid by asking me what would I have done if my items have gotten there soon to my new address? I explained i would have put it in storage. Then what? He asks I would have hired local movers/handyman to move it into the unit, I replied. Well then why didn't you do that he said? BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG!!!!! I told him im not stupid and if I would have known I absolutely would have made arrangements and figured it out. In the end, I had to end the call because of how rude and disrespectful he was to me. Spare yourself the trouble and use another company.

Use anyone else To sum up this long post and save you some…read moretime: USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY. also. I got several items that aren't mine. Moving across the country is hard. Moving across the county is the middle of a global pandemic isn't fun. Moving across the country and not have clothes or furniture for 70 days is unacceptable. I was told on my first phone call that the company doesn't outsource. It's all family owned. I'm sure if you call, you'll be told the same thing. They also won't tel you that they have a 30 day spread to deliver your stuff. They won't tell you that until your stuff is already loaded on the truck and ready to go. Let me tell you. It took them 40 days over the 30. It took 70 days. Which is ridiculous. I would call for an update and no one any answers. Ever. I swear it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I spent three hours on the phone with AT&T one time. Once I finally got my stuff, most of my furniture was damaged in some way. All of my boxes were dented. Don't waste your time writing fragile on your boxes. All of your plates are going to be broken anyway. I hope that they can sleep at night knowing they're liars and frauds. The company that they subcontracted to was S&M Relo. I had to have a lawyer contact them to get my stuff delivered. Then, my stuff was contracted out again to Coast to Coast. So, just go with coast to coast to being with and save yourself the trouble.

Deceptive practices by the sales representative: promised ten boxes would be delivered two days…read moreprior to the day of the move. They were not delivered. I called the sales representative about it, he continued to promised they would be delivered. The next day he stopped answering his phone. Mover called the day prior to the move to say that they would only accept cash, money order, or Venmo. This was not specified in the binding estimate. I called the sales representative to inquire about this change. He did not answer. Upon arrival, mover glanced at the furniture and boxes and attempted to extort $3000 above the balance due to move the items listed in the inventory. Because I was in a fairly desperate situation - I had to be out of my apartment, everything was packed up, etc. I offered to leave behind an old sofa and bed frame, even though they were included in the binding estimate. He said maybe that would bring it down to $2000 above the balance due. I recognized this as attempted extortion and called the police. The mover left before the police arrived. I called the company and asked whether they could send another mover and/or arrange for the mover to complete the move according to the terms of the binding estimate for which I paid the (hefty) deposit. The customer service representative said that there was nothing else they could do for me since I had notified her of my intention to contest the charge for the credit card and since the mover had left. I am currently disputing the charge for the deposit with the credit card company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY HAVE A 3.8 RATING FOR A REASON…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. A LOT went wrong with this moving company, and I wish I had trusted my gut. My initial call with Tali Maskalik (who I later found out is actually the president of the company) went well -- she was friendly, informative, and even encouraged me to research other companies. Based on that, I booked them. That's when everything went downhill. I originally placed a deposit for a weekend move between July 18-20. A week later, Tali told me she couldn't do it and pushed me to July 16 -- even though I was out of town until July 11. That was frustrating, but I tried to roll with it. Then, when my apartment asked for an estimated delivery date, she gave me the wrong one. This was our first out-of-state move, so we had already booked a discounted hotel for our first week. On August 1, she told me our stuff would be there Monday, August 4. Based on that, we checked out of our hotel early, took PTO, and waited at our apartment -- only for her to later admit she had mixed me up with another customer. And somehow... this was my fault? After that, she stopped talking to me entirely and passed me off to her coworker Peter. The movers also broke a box of our mugs (10+ gone) and mishandled my standing desk, which is likely broken. I strongly suspect my contract was sold to multiple other movers, based on how many hands my move seemed to go through. If you value your time, money, and sanity -- book literally anyone else. This company cost us extra hotel fees, wasted PTO, and damaged belongings. I would give zero stars if I could. UPDATED 8/18: They also broke our TV!!!
