I cannot recommend this company more enthusiastically. The owner Ron is very pleasant, friendly, and professional. When I asked him for an appointment as soon as possible he literally scheduled me for the next day. His men called ahead, and then arrived precisely at the designated time. Again, not enough ways to express how terrific these guys were: polite, sweet, funny, and so, so helpful and efficient. They had the job done in record time and left everything as clean and tidy as can be. After a horrible flea infestation I had a queen sized bed, mattress, box spring, some other pieces of furniture and several area rugs (covered in flea powder). These guys did nothing but smile and say "sure" -- even when I asked them to remove one or two things I noticed along the way. The price was entirely reasonable for the amount of work to disassemble and amount of "stuff" removed in the end. I'm beyond thrilled and would use this company again anytime. We hired Junk-It to help clear out a garage that was hopelessly full of items that we just didn't know where to start. We called last minute, mid afternoon and they had a crew of 2 young men on the spot within 2 hours. These guys were amazing - they tackled what seemed like an impossible project, item by item and with a great sense of humor despite the very hot and humid August temperatures. These 2 young men completed the project within 2 hours (we thought it would take 4!!!). These folks are professional, courteous, and hard-working. I stumbled upon Junk-It's ad and sent Ron pictures of the debris to be removed including a cast iron bathtub. He gave me the same quote as 3 other companies who had come and gone - the 3 others, after their arrival increased the price and/or said they weren't going to take the bathtub. Junk-it guys, Eric and Raphael, showed up on time, were polite, and extremely hard working, they took everything including the bathtub. Quality service! Received a phone call almost immediately after I put my inquiry in. Junk-it was at work within 1 business day, and had my whole house cleared within this day. Using this company was the easiest and best experience I have had in a long time. The owner Ron was able to provide SAME DAY service to us, even though his crew was busy, he came out personally to remove our items.
