We went into the store to confirm our choice because they have SOOO many to choose from. I knew I wanted Matte porcelain because the photos my friend showed me of hers were absolutely stunning. My husband and I picked out 3 or 4, then narrowed it down to 2 in the store. We were offered to be able to bring both tiles home but we were pretty sure the one we wanted so we just brought the one. The timing was quicker than they originally told us, but they held on to them for us until we were able to have them done. We stayed in our camper over at John Prince park for them to remove old tiles and install as we have animals and I work from home. They were finished quickly and did a great job! He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.
