Absolutely fantastic! On time. Respectful of my home. No upscale. Friendly to me and my family. Did a great job cleaning a very difficult task . Roberto gave me the best quote, but I knew how badly stained my couch is, so I expected an upsale. Nope. He showed up on time, explained the process, worked diligently to get the couch as clean as possible. He was very respectful of my home and very sweet to my son (like a grandfather). My couch lives to serve a few more years with pets and kids. Thank you Roberto. HIGHLY recommend!! I will use again. read more

By far the best couch cleaning I've received. His price was very reasonable and he spent about twice the time on my couch as other cleaners have. His attention to detail was outstanding. My couch was pretty stained and it looks like new. read more

I called this business based on the excellent reviews of past customers. This morning I left a message. Roberto called me back within a very short time. He said he could arrive between 1200-1230. He arrived right at 12, it is now 1:15, the job is complete and far exceeded any expectation I had. I had an entire jar of spaghetti sauce smash onto the tile (on the living room side of my kitchen counter, of course!) and when it broke most of it stayed on the tile but enough splattered, very thickly, all over a light colored area rug. The rug also had some old stains on it that I had learned to live with and accept but the spaghetti sauce had to be removed. Well, this 10 year old rug looks brand new. No trace of the old stains and all of the sauce is GONE which I had low expectations for. This was the best experience Ive ever had with someone coming to my home to do any job. Roberto is clean, pleasant, efficient, honest and just a pleasure. Bookmark this business, because if you need any carpet cleaning, this is the gentleman to call. read more

Tito Strikes Again! This was my 2nd time having Tito as my Service Technician and my last review was 2 years ago. Please keep in mind that I have carpeted stairs and bedrooms and I NEVER allow shoes in my home. Nonetheless carpets still collect dirt and dust. Tito was Prompt (as Always) and before he started the service asked about my family and how I'm enjoying my new Home. Tito's commitment to perfection was noticed right away! My carpets look BRAND SPANKIN NEW! I'm so pleased, I already booked him to come back next week to steam clean my flooring and then we will follow up with the Upholstery to be cleaned. This is a REAL review from a hyper-critical person and please feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions. Phenomenal service! read more

I contacted stain free carpet cleaning to get an estimate on what it would be to clean my two recliners. He gave me a $75 quote for both of them. Damn that was excellent compared to a lot of other quotes I got. He came the next day unloaded his equipment And came up to the fourth floor where I live. The recliners looked old and I didn't think they would come out looking brand new but they did. I was so pleased with the work that Roberto did and I recommend him to any person that needs upholstery cleaning. He did a fantastic job and my recliners. Look new again Thank you Tito.! read more

First time using Stain Free Carpet Cleaning and was very impressed. We have a large upholstered sectional couch that our 3 dogs love to sleep on. Great service in cleaning our couch. Tech was honest about what could be done. And results were as expected. Price was quoted prior and remained same at final delivery. read more

Roberto was great!! He was so kind and helpful and works really quick too. I needed my couch to be deep clean and to get rid of an odor from my dog was he did it without any trouble. It was a 3-4 person couch and he finished within an hour if not faster. Super clean, he made sure to lay out the floor before cleaning and did not leave a mess. I was in the process of moving so it was very very crowded, he didn't have much space to work but he did so without a single complaint about it being too small or uncomfortable. 100% recommends and he is very very fair with his pricing. Thank you again Roberto!!!! read more

While I find it easy to find good storea, restaurants entertainment venues, I find it a bit challenging to find good contractors and home services. I was was very pleased with this one. I spoke to Tito on the phone and he was very nice and took his time with me. They came when they were supposed to, they called me when they were on their way and the did a great job cleaning the tile and grout in my new place. There was just one small patch that didn't look as good as the rest, but maybe the stain was too deep. The price was very fair also. Another thing I like about this company is they left my place nicer than it was before. The put stuff aside in good areas and my place looked more organized. Plus, I asked for help for something unrelated to the cleaning, finding out why I couldn't get my sink drain cover to come up, and they were able to find out why and show me how I can adjust it until I get it officially fixed, which saved me a lot of trouble. I would use them again and recommend them. read more

They were terrible. Left dirty spots, blood and got the carpet way to wet . Took 3 days to dry. One room and 1'2 room 150.00

I have had a great experience with Stain Free Carpet Cleaning /Owner Roberto. He made my wool wall to wall carpet look Brand New again. It had some staining and brown marks from a flood and it had been sitting rolled up. When I reinstalled it there were staining and water marks etc that Roberto had no problem removing. He even came out last minute and twice to make sure we were happy. He has miracle stain removing ingredients that worked wonders! Don't hesitate to call him. You will be in good hands. Also, His price is reasonable when you compare it to other carpet cleaning companies. Thankyou, Paul read more

I can't say enough good things about Roberto and Stain Free Carpet Cleaning. I used him to remove a highly soiled carpet and replace it with a new one. He responded almost instantly to the project request inquiry that YELP created. He came personally to look at the project and assess it and ended up doing the work right then. It involved getting the carpet out from underneath a Sleep Number bed that was quite fragile and very heavy. His ingenuity was amazing and he treated the project like it was his own home he was caring for. By the time he finished (about an hour and a half later) I had a new rug and a new friend! read more
