I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10' x 14' Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com's owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I'm only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. (You can see my rug being cleaned on YouTube by searching "Removing urine odor from a supersize Karastan rug."). We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new - worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I've ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. If you want your rug to be free of urine odor, send it to petpeepee.com with every confidence that it will come back as good and fresh as new! read more

For a couple of weeks now my family and I have been searching for a vacation house in Florida. When we finally thought we had found one that would perfectly suit our needs, it turned out that it was infested with cat pee. Thinking we would might be able to still deal with it and make the cat urine go away, we went further in the buying process and asked for an inspector to come and verify the house. Unfortunately, the inspector was not able to determine any of the cat pee concerns because he was not allowed to take care of this into his report. We were left wondering what to do with this and if it was still a good idea to buy the house. At first glance, it seemed possible for anyone to make the cat urine odor go away. Pet pee pee's inspectors came and made us realized that the roof was also infested with cat pee and that it would have been impossible for us to completely make the odor go away. Therefore we are grateful for your help, without you it would have been impossible for us to resale the house and therefore we would have loss money. Thank you very much for you help we truly appreciate it, we had a great experience with you throughout this process and we do recommend your services to anyone in need. read more

I had 20+ year old rugs (3 silks and one wool) in desperate need of cleaning from dirt, cat and dog accidents. In my area of Florida there are very few businesses that provide oriental rug cleaning services. One of my silks and the wool rug had been cleaned in the past by an out of state business but when they came back to me they did not have a fresh clean smell. While researching I found Pet Pee Pee. I liked the fact that there were videos available on the cleaning, packing and shipping process. Once I shipped my rugs they were back to me in one week. My rugs are the cleanest they have ever been and were truly odor free. Mr. Martin's system really cleans the rugs and you can tell he takes pride in his business. Thank to Mr. Martin I have beautiful rugs once again. read more

My wife always wanted a few Persian rugs but they are very expensive. I found someone who was having a massive moving sale and they had some old rugs but they were SATURATED in dog and cat urine. They were beautiful but the stench was so unbelievable that I did not think they were salvageable. I did some research online and came across Petpeepee and gave Mr. Martin a call. He gave me instructions on what to do and I had them shipped to him. He cleaned the rugs and shipped them back to me and they looked and smelled BRAND NEW! This was two years ago and I intentionally waited to write the review because the rugs still look and smell brand new and the odor is completely gone. We are very grateful and highly recommend this business! read more

What a great business! One of our elderly cats peed on our custom silk panel and I was too afraid to try to clean it myself. In searching for how to clean it, I found Meir's YouTube video about his business and I called him to help me. Meir was a pleasure to deal with and talk to and he helped me quickly to solve my big problem. He gave me clear instructions on what to do with the panel and how to box it. I shipped the panel to him and within a few days he shipped it back and it was like new. Stains were all gone and no urine smell at all! It smells fresh and clean. His service was worth every penny, plus he gave me great advice about how to handle my cats to prevent further problems. read more

They did an AMAZING job getting cat pee out of several panels of silk curtains I had. Not only were they clean, but they came back with absolutely no odor. I thought I was going to have to throw away thousands of dollars worth of custom curtains until I came across Pet Pee Pee. I love how honest Martin was. If he can't do it, he won't. if he can, he will. He absolutely did exactly what he said he could do and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The process was so simple and within a couple of weeks my beautiful, and smell free, curtains were returned. I'm so glad I kept searched the web and found them! Incredibly grateful in GA! I would like to add my praise for the wonderful service, Pet Pee Pee.I have 2 cats, adopted many years ago, dumped on the highway! For some reason they (which one?) soiled my beautiful suede blanket and antique pillow. I found Mr. Martin's great service on line, called and he assured me these items would be cleaned and returned to me fresh, and in their original condition. I was skeptical, but sent them to him anyway. In a few days these items were returned to me in beautiful shape, and no odor!!! I highly recommend this fabulous service. Jill P. read more

This is truly a unique business along with a unique name. Upon my first meeting Meir Martin, the owner I could tell immediately the pride he takes in his business. He cleaned 3 of my rugs using his process and the results were perfect. Even the stubborn yellow pee stain on my wool rug came out. This is the place for rug cleaning, especially if you have pets with a pee pee problem. Look no further. read more
