Infinity Rug Company ("I.R.C.") took 2 long Kilim runners, 1 large Kilim rug, a small prayer rug and an 8x10 (ish) synthetic that were covered in animal hair, dirt, animal waste and returned them to pristine condition. Three of the rugs required repairs. The large synthetic rug had been in the garage for years collecting debris and, I'm sure, the curiosity and urine of a feline or two. I made numerous previous attempts to get the 8x10 cleaned by several companies without success. After my last effort, I gave up. Even thoght the Kilims were more worthy of the efforts because of their history, I paid more for the 8x10! When the rugs were returned, I remembered how they looked when they were purchased over 30 years ago. I can finally put my rugs down on the floor where they belong so they can be admired and enjoyed. There is no longer the smell of animal urine and waste and I can take pleasure in looking at the beauty of the rugs. I.R.C. took its time which was required based on the rugs' conditions and made this customer very happy. The cost did cause me some concern, but these are not cheap rugs. The Kilims were repaired by hand and have been restored to condiditons I have not seen for decades. I met the maestro himself who repaired the rugs and he knows his stuff! I went to infinity's shop to have a rug cleaned, I couldn't find the oriental shop in the center were I had a rug cleaned before. I was told they went out of business and new cleaning factuality was made in the same center. Friendly staff there but I was use to working with Dwayne the former owner. I decided not to get my rug cleaned I just didn't feel comfortable. I guess that goes with having a good relationship with the former staff. I might go back in the future since it is near my home once I determine the company will still be around for a while. I had a very expensive handmade oriental rug that was damaged by our new Golden Retriever puppy. I looked at all of the various companies available to fix and clean my rug. Wow! Thanks to Infinity Carpet Care, we now have multiple carpets and a carpeted staircase that look like we just installed new carpeting throughout. Their cleaning process made our looks look better than new. Of even greater importance was their ability to repair the carpet on our stairway without removing it. Their expert actually repaired the worn section by hand weaving the needed wool threads (all the different colors needed to blend) with the carpet in place. What an incredible job Infinity did on our rugs! I have used them 4 times over the past 6 years for our carpets in the Living room, Entrance, Dining and Bedrooms. Had a wonderful experience with Infinity Rug Care. Over the years my Lhaso Apso had made a mess of our Turkish rug. We tried spot cleaning & deodorizing, but it just made things worse. After she passed we decided to spend the money & get it professionally cleaned. First of all it was not as expensive as we thought it would have been and Infinity Rug does pick up and drop off, a big plus in these times. My son and his family stayed at our home for 5 months during the pandemic while we were up north. With 3 small boys, our rugs took a beating as if an army of monkeys were in residence. We had 3 oriental rugs that were over 20 years old and had never been cleaned except vacuumed of course. This family owned business is very professional and always kept their appointment time and if there were any delays they made sure to notify me. The end products are beautiful. I loved the service of this company. They took a long time to repair and clean some antique Asian rugs but I'd rather see quality over speed. We had two rugs cleaned; one was over 10 years old, the other about 3 years old. They smelled and were quite dirty due to 2 dogs always eating, laying and playing on them.
