I met with a clerk who told me that the shredding company had just left and that my items to be shredded would sit in a bin (I saw the bin and it had a basic lock on it) until the shredding company returned next month. The clerk told me she didn't know when the company would return next month. I asked about the NAID certification and the clerk had no info on that. I asked to speak with the mgr, and the clerk said the mgr was on a day off. I asked for an asst mgr and the clerk said there was none. If I could give this place a -1 as far as it's shredding services go, I would. I do not recommend anyone come here if they have sensitive documents to shred. I have determined that this UPS is not ready to offer shredding services for sensitive documents, based upon my experience there.

Outstanding Service from Mark Rosenthal - UPS Store, Wellington, FL…read moreI recently worked with Mark Rosenthal at the UPS Store in Wellington (11924 Forest Hill Blvd #10A), and I can't say enough good things about him. He handled the packing and freight shipping of several of my late mother's belongings, and from start to finish he was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. Mark kept me updated every step of the way with texts, calls, and photos of the packed items. The shipment arrived in New York in perfect condition. Every fragile lamp, piece of furniture, and even lightbulb was impeccably wrapped and protected. His empathy and care really stood out during what was an emotional process for my family. In contrast, the experience that led me to Mark was extremely stressful. He was the one who turned things around and restored my confidence that everything would be handled properly. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with genuine respect, and communicates clearly, ask for Mark Rosenthal. He's a true professional and a real gentleman.

I had some complicated legal documents that needed copying, scanning and faxing that I needed to do and I required a lot of assistance. Jacob, the owner, was right there for me, helping me every step of the way. Also keeping me calm. Jacob was very patient with me and even took the time to calculate the most efficient and affordable option for the process for me. Who does that now! Jacob really genuinely cared and now has a dedicated customer! This was an important and emotional process for me concerning my late husband's documents. Jacob streamlined the process for me. I also witnessed his loyal customers coming into the store and he knew each by name! A true neighborhood store with a sense of community! Thank you, Jacob for your kind and professional service! Inside the store, meet the chaos of: a storefront packed with stacks of packages (leaving little room for humans), a line of people waiting to be seen, and a UPS employee moving giant carts of packages from inside the store out to the truck. Yet the staff handled it like pros, keeping spirits high with laughing and bantering amongst employees, and being very kind and helpful to people waiting in line. They do have an auto returns machine, which I used but for a couple of items needing extra help. Machine worked great, and the person who helped me behind the counter took barely anytime to process my returns! Thank you!
