Long lines are not an excuse for multiple lost or delayed packages. Useful for dropping off Amazon returns. Private shipping - never, ever again. Lost 2 packages. No assistance in locating them. Two overnight packages delayed by more than a week - during the summer. Excuse after excuse, but no assistance from management. My Credit Card issuer had to intervene. So we all know about UPS, and we all use them when we need to, and they've got their own stores, and they do all kinds of things. With that said, what the heck has gone wrong with these guys that they would charge me two dollars to put an 18 inch strip of tape on a box that they charged me over five dollars for? You would think that the one place you can get some value would be at a place that does nothing but shipping and receiving. Instead, they are more inclined to rip you off for every little thing they can charge you for. Just a recap... I was charged two dollars for an 18 inch strip of tape! I was also charged five bucks for a 50 Cent box. I sure hope that that two dollar piece of tape was worth it for UPS to know that I will avoid UPS store at all costs as long as I walk this Earth, because of the insult of ripping me off so badly over something so petty. I went to this location because it was more convenient from where I reside in the Acreage then trudging down to Wellington, which I despise. The people there were very attentive and friendly. I was able to mail out my package to arrive at a reasonable time. No complaints. read more

I placed an online print order that was needed timely. When I went to the store at the appointed completion time, the employees admitted that they had no idea how to complete the order. They tried calling their manager who was not answering the phone. I contacted the store multiple times to request a refund since it was not fulfilled and they have yet to follow up. I came into this store the other day this nice young man named Geo I believe helped me with my package. He provided extraordinary service. I usually come to this location but have never been helped by him and is was a pleasure being helped by him. Unlike the owner unfortunately. He was very rude, but I kept my composure because I'm a polite person. He kept giving me attitude and snatching things out of my hand. I'm not sure if I'm offended because I am in customer service myself. I walked into the store with one person being served neither attendant said anything to me upon entering. A male came in after me, and was greeted with a Hello. I came in with a large Amazon return after being told by Amazon the store would pack it. The store told me it would be about 200 dollars to pack by the manager Gio and his associate Daniel. Daniel was slightly unhelpful but Gio ended up being able to help me on the phone with Amazon ultimately forcing Amazon to come pick up the item from my home free of charge. Gio was patient and kind to me throughout the interaction and explained all my options thoroughly. Wish more people handled situations like he did. We had a nice conversation while waiting on the phone with Amazon and he even answered other questions I had about some paintings of mine. They've earned more business because of him when I ship my paintings it'll be through here! read more

Went to get papers notarized told them I had 6 papers. I asked how much for them and was told $10. After they were notarized I was told it would be $60. Told them that they said it would be $10 not $60. Oh we made a mistake after they notarized them. Such liars and money hungry. Would go by what they originally said. This place is horrible... I am now a former customer! Jean, runs a scam on the Amazon returns! Since he claims he does not make money off the returns, he makes customers re-tape their packages. He sells packaging tape at absurdly high prices! Seriously about 50% of the time, he rejects packages for taping! He is rude, nasty and anything but helpful! I will drive miles to avoid his store! UPS needs to step in, not at all in line for their reputation! And I very rarely return items... I use the store for overnight shipping! read more

I have found everyone except Edger five stars. He is the most unpleasant person to deal with. You supply them with your phone number on file and they can see previous ship to addresses you have used. This is a simple system I have used with the other employees. You would have thought was asking him to do my taxes. USE THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE!! Never in my life have I ever had such a terrible experience with UPS. Edger offered to print a label for me, as I was shipping something OVERNIGHT ($$$), after he printed my shipping label (1 piece of paper) he tried to charge me $5.33 for "computer use". He offered to ship my label and then went to charge me for computer use. I never touched a computer! He never disclosed this to me prior and then when I expressed how absurd this is he ARGUED WITH ME! Absolutely terrible. USPS will pick up your package from your home.
