The manager, Richard is very professional and nice. Richard takes the time to figure out the need of the client and provide the highest quality of service. The has always been very respectful and hardworking. This is my favorite UPS! read more

Long lines are not an excuse for multiple lost or delayed packages. Useful for dropping off Amazon returns. Private shipping - never, ever again. Lost 2 packages. No assistance in locating them. Two overnight packages delayed by more than a week - during the summer. Excuse after excuse, but no assistance from management. My Credit Card issuer had to intervene. Manager is obnoxious and excuses everything by saying "I'm not UPS." Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four (4) times - Never, ever again. read more

I did a review with a grade r. 1 to show my total dissatisfaction with the services. This is the second time the referees were extremely terrible. Here it is 1. May 27 I mailed a package to First Coast Service with USPS/. Checking the tracking Nr. it says label created even today June 2. A click at the store told us the the mail men forgot to scan the package. Can it be anymore stupid excuse??? tracking number 9400111899560219176357 2. May 31 I mailed another copy to the sae address requested o be UPS. Today the web side says package with that tracking number. Tracking number 1Z5V561A0305236543 Bottom line I sent two different shipments with the same content but I have absolutely no clue if any reach its destination. How one ca qualify a service like this??? Now I have to send it again but for sure never from this UPS Store on Northlake. Of course I wil dispute the charges on the credit card. Did anyone can think about something this ridiculous???\ Thank you Ladislau Hajos 10636 Starling Way West Pal Beach, FL 33412 read more

So we all know about UPS, and we all use them when we need to, and they've got their own stores, and they do all kinds of things. With that said, what the heck has gone wrong with these guys that they would charge me two dollars to put an 18 inch strip of tape on a box that they charged me over five dollars for? You would think that the one place you can get some value would be at a place that does nothing but shipping and receiving. Instead, they are more inclined to rip you off for every little thing they can charge you for. Just a recap... I was charged two dollars for an 18 inch strip of tape! I was also charged five bucks for a 50 Cent box. I sure hope that that two dollar piece of tape was worth it for UPS to know that I will avoid UPS store at all costs as long as I walk this Earth, because of the insult of ripping me off so badly over something so petty. Shame on you UPS Store! Shame The response from the store seems to have the intention of validating the decision to charge me $2 for an 18" strip of tape... and $5 for a small cardboard box too! There the proof in the pudding as they say. Shame Your darn right $2 for an 18" piece of tape was unexpected. Shame again read more

This store location is very convenient for me. Customer service are Good, lot of, young people, but very respectful and prompt to attend you. I appreciate the time and every open days. Thank you! read more

I went to this location because it was more convenient from where I reside in the Acreage then trudging down to Wellington, which I despise. The people there were very attentive and friendly. I was able to mail out my package to arrive at a reasonable time. No complaints. read more

I placed an online print order that was needed timely. When I went to the store at the appointed completion time, the employees admitted that they had no idea how to complete the order. They tried calling their manager who was not answering the phone. I contacted the store multiple times to request a refund since it was not fulfilled and they have yet to follow up. I will now dispute it through my credit card. read more

I came into this store the other day this nice young man named Geo I believe helped me with my package. He provided extraordinary service. I usually come to this location but have never been helped by him and is was a pleasure being helped by him. Unlike the owner unfortunately. Nevertheless this young man took great care of me and even engaged in a nice little conversation with me and even promoted the stores other services. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! As well as the package he sent and packaged for me arrived flawlessly, he really seemed to care about the service he provided. He needs a raise! No other person here helped me quite like he did A++ service read more

i came in the other day and the worker named Alyssa helped me out and she was very helpful and friendly, I asked her how much she got paid and she hat she told me shocked me! I told her you need a raise ASAP! read more

Jean Viel is an Amazing Expert with white glove packing of our Art from the Heart Resin Wall hanging which my partner and I needed shipped to Nyc. since it had precious stones and crystals applied to it we needed assurance that it would be packed and shipped properly. His warm and friendly attitude and professionalism are refreshing since we were concerned being that it was our first order shipped that day. We look forward to having Jean ship many more for us. Our client in NYC was very pleased with the perfect condition it was received. Kudos to You Jean Viel! illiana and Sue from Art From The Heart! ‍‍ read more

now, I don't really leave reviews. I went in the other day to return some items and pick up a package. the associate helping me said his name was Viel. then I seen that that wasn't his first name but instead his last name. He was very rude, but I kept my composure because I'm a polite person. He kept giving me attitude and snatching things out of my hand. I'm never going back to this location again and I'm going to tell all my friends never to do business with this UPS store. read more

I came in a bit ago to have help sending a package and understanding the process, I happened to be helped by a woman named Alyssa McMinns and she was wonderful! every point I wanted to cover she helped flawlessly. thank you so much read more

I'm not sure if I'm offended because I am in customer service myself. I walked into the store with one person being served neither attendant said anything to me upon entering. A male came in after me, and was greeted with a Hello. When I walked up to the counter to get served, I greeted the attendant with good morning, and all she could do was say mhm with her mouth closed. They want to act like I wasn't there to get me in an hour to speak is possible why would anyone to business here read more

I came in with a large Amazon return after being told by Amazon the store would pack it. The store told me it would be about 200 dollars to pack by the manager Gio and his associate Daniel. Daniel was slightly unhelpful but Gio ended up being able to help me on the phone with Amazon ultimately forcing Amazon to come pick up the item from my home free of charge. Gio was patient and kind to me throughout the interaction and explained all my options thoroughly. Wish more people handled situations like he did. We had a nice conversation while waiting on the phone with Amazon and he even answered other questions I had about some paintings of mine. They've earned more business because of him when I ship my paintings it'll be through here! read more

Went to get papers notarized told them I had 6 papers. I asked how much for them and was told $10. After they were notarized I was told it would be $60. Told them that they said it would be $10 not $60. Oh we made a mistake after they notarized them. Such liars and money hungry. Would go by what they originally said. Had to pay $60 to get my papers back. read more

Worst UPS experience hands down. Rude, terrible customer service. Tall, young man. I've taken all my business to the UPS store in Royal Palm Beach even though it's farther away. They provide such better service. So Disappointed in this UPS store. read more

This place is horrible... I am now a former customer! Jean, runs a scam on the Amazon returns! Since he claims he does not make money off the returns, he makes customers re-tape their packages. He sells packaging tape at absurdly high prices! Seriously about 50% of the time, he rejects packages for taping! He is rude, nasty and anything but helpful! I will drive miles to avoid his store! UPS needs to step in, not at all in line for their reputation! And I very rarely return items... I use the store for overnight shipping! read more

Amazing! Jean was able to help me find my package that I wouldn't have been able to receive on time when they were closing. Amazing!

Very helpful staff! We bring quite a few boxes here, sometimes daily. Always a pleasure to work with thank you guys for your great setup.

I have found everyone except Edger five stars. He is the most unpleasant person to deal with. You supply them with your phone number on file and they can see previous ship to addresses you have used. This is a simple system I have used with the other employees. You would have thought was asking him to do my taxes. Next time I will just wait until one of the other friendlier employees become available. read more

Rude people, I've given them a couple chances and every time they are awful and unwilling to help. I went there today trying to mail an envelope to someone with a prepaid postage envelope inside for them to ship something back to me. They couldn't seem to figure out this basic concept at a shipping store? Ridiculous and I will not be back. read more

Owner charged me $2.75 to tape a box after I had a $90 bill there. Service charge. Really?? Next time I will bring my own tape or shop elsewhere read more

USE THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE!! Never in my life have I ever had such a terrible experience with UPS. Edger offered to print a label for me, as I was shipping something OVERNIGHT ($$$), after he printed my shipping label (1 piece of paper) he tried to charge me $5.33 for "computer use". He offered to ship my label and then went to charge me for computer use. I never touched a computer! He never disclosed this to me prior and then when I expressed how absurd this is he ARGUED WITH ME! Absolutely terrible. USPS will pick up your package from your home. Do not use this store. read more

Ugh - I used to have a box here... worst customer service ever... the owner is very nosy and wants to get in your business, sometimes even looking over your shoulder to see the amount of a check... really? At great expense I moved my business to the UPS Store in Wellington and I haven't looked back. read more

This store is terrible. I wanted to use my UPS account number to ship 2 boxes and the employees told me that it wasn't possible at their store and that I had to go to a UPS mail center. When I said that is where I thought I was they just gave me blank stares and then reiterated they could not help me. What???? read more
