Outstanding Service from Mark Rosenthal - UPS Store, Wellington, FL I recently worked with Mark Rosenthal at the UPS Store in Wellington (11924 Forest Hill Blvd #10A), and I can't say enough good things about him. He handled the packing and freight shipping of several of my late mother's belongings, and from start to finish he was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. Mark kept me updated every step of the way with texts, calls, and photos of the packed items. The shipment arrived in New York in perfect condition. Every fragile lamp, piece of furniture, and even lightbulb was impeccably wrapped and protected. His empathy and care really stood out during what was an emotional process for my family. In contrast, the experience that led me to Mark was extremely stressful. He was the one who turned things around and restored my confidence that everything would be handled properly. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with genuine respect, and communicates clearly, ask for Mark Rosenthal. You have a choice of UPS stores around here and this is not the best one to go to. Employees are very slow to help you and despite knowing this from previous visits I popped in to get a passport photo. I expected the right size but discovered when I got home that it was too big. So I went back and politely asked for a do over. I was told that I had to send it in and only after it was rejected by the passport office would they redo it without charging me again. This would of course add about another month onto getting my new passport. So I went to the other UPS store near here and they did it correctly the first time. Oh, and I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for the service that I paid for which was not done right. I won't be back (and I told them this) read more

I have been using this store for several years now. Everyone is friendly nice Ann's helpful. I've had the pleasure of speaking to the owner Mark as well. It's obvious he takes pride in his store. Matt has been especially helpful to me. I thank him for his time. If you need to have a PO Box or send a package etc.. I highly recommend them. I'm very picky who I give my business to. Natalie and the staff did an amazing job to help us in a crunch situation! I've never seen such a group of devoted employees there to take care of its customers' needs. I made an appointment to have fingerprints for a state background check. I received a confirmation email and a reminder email. When I arrived for my appointment I was told by the clerk that they do not do fingerprints on Saturday. I suggested to her that they update their website to reflect that. She then told me that the owner was aware of the fact that the limited days are not reflected on the website. I am not happy that this owner's indifference has caused me a delay in this process. The next time I need UPS, I will go to a UPS store where the owner cares about my time and does not waste it. read more

Very disappointing customer service. I only go to this location when I absolutely have to. I always seem to have a bad experience with employees doing something as simple as printing a label even when I am willing to pay for printing. read more

I have had a mailbox with this business since 2014. The management in the past (pre 2022) was always very professional and would call me when packages came in or important mail had arrived. I have auto renewed every year and this year, 2022, I've had to give them my card 5x. Today I walked in again, after they called me yesterday, for them to tell me they terminated the box and sent all my business mail back. Asking then if I wanted to reopen a box. Never would the old management, Matt, have allow that to happen. The place was dirty looking and the counter people very delayed in acknowledging customers. read more

I am very thankful for the help that I received today at this store. I did not realize that you could return Amazon orders that require to be shipped back at this location . The girl that helped me was awesome and the other girl there even gave me a piece of candy. Easy, efficient and friendly. read more

This store does not deserve any stars. The man working the counter wanted to charge me a fee to print out a label to send an overnight letter. I said to him are you kidding and asked him if he walked into the store to ship a package would he want or expect to be charged a fee to use their computer- he just looked at me dumbfounded. Shame on the Wellington UPS Store and I am disappointed that UPS allows this type of behavior at one of their franchises. ONLY USE THE ROYAL PALM BEACH UPS STORE! They are wonderful appreciative and helpful without any additional fees to use use a computer to ship a package. read more

The UPS Store at The Courtyard Shops in Wellington has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Shanecia answered every question I had with patience and made me feel like I was very valued as a potential customer. When I returned to wrap and ship my package, Mark and his crew were more than accommodating and though it was a busy time of day, they did not make me feel rushed at all. I went to this UPS store looking for a notary service and also to print one document. After the online printing option didn't work (UPS customer service told me that the store had a broken merchant account that didn't allow for credit card processing), I went to the store to try to print in person. The online charge was $0.20 for a single print. At the store they charged me $2.70 because they said I used computer time, which I didn't since the associate there printed the document for me after I had emailed it to the store. With the notary service, they sent me across the street to a notary because the signer of the document didn't speak English that well. The notary across the street said the UPS Store sends so many people there he wasn't sure why they were offering notary services. I give them one star for being open. read more

Matt Snider is lazy and rude. I have been to this store 3x, and today, with my encounter with him...might be my last. He is not cordial, professional, nor friendly. I'll travel 1.5 miles the other direction and do business with them instead, if this is how you conduct business. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! In AZ and FL, apparently. I've worked with both! Manager of UPS Wellington Town Square...I do a lot of shipping (20-30 a day). If you care, reach out. They sucked in AZ. Doesn't seem to be much better here. Change my mind! read more

In my personal experience the store is adequate. I've had multiple issues with the owner and manager. Multiple times they failed to return a phone call to the point where it became comical. I won't get into the personal dispute because there are two sides but I certainly don't feel that they cared much about me as a customer. When they finally had a response to my request they didn't call, as promised, they just wrote a note and put it in my mailbox stating they wouldn't honor my request. If my sons were old enough to understand I would bring them to the owner to show them how not to run a business. The only time I've seen him at the store he passed me off to his already busy employee because he was 'in the middle of something'. I hope that my experience was just an anomaly but my business is going elsewhere. read more

I have been using this UPS store for about 6-8 years? For Real Estate in the same plaza(Illustrated Properties), it used to be two doors down from ours, always helpful..Then they moved about six stores down in the same plaza..Same staff, and was as just as helpful. I vouch for this store and will continue to go there for the convenience and excellent customer service! read more
