I hope the owner gets a grip on his staff. Particularly the manager who was working on Wednesday March 13th afternoon. One employee that appeared to be Hispanic near paper supplies was very kind and helpful and professional and assisted me in looking for precisely what I needed. I am a disabled veteran who has been struggling through his recovery but I have high morale's and high standards. I am doing everything possible to help my recovery by actively being calm, positive, polite and forgiving. I move with much respect among my society. But when I got to the register the employee working the register and manage decided to verbally attack me because they insisted that I could not bring a motorized bicycle into the store. Well let me ask you this do disabled or overweight people allowed to roll around the store? My scooter is smaller and about the same size of a grocery cart, you don't need license to operate it and it does not leave marks on the floor. I always politely turn it off when entering stores and never ride it while inside. As a disabled veteran with anxiety and loving in an urban city with a lot of crime I don't feel comfortable leaving it outside the store and I actually refuse to because in the new day in age these stores need to adjust and accept change. My scooter is no different than an obesity scooter being rolled through the store. So I feel insulted and verbally assaulted as the continues to argue with me with out any patience or consideration. You will be loosing my service and money as I always been going into stores with my scooter with no problem all around palm beach. And by the way I'm going through a rough time I don't appreciate the negativity directed towards me. I had a Dodge Durango rt 2016 and I have four children. Last year my vehicle was hit by lightning causing electrical damage and it was a total loss through insurance leaving me with no vehicle. When you have a big display in your store's wall that says WE PRINT IT ALL and you don't, then please don't advertise it that way. I needed to print a file on one full sticker label sheet. The person working the printing section said that they have a very limited selection and that I would have to use the diy copy machines. Good to know that this Staples location is NOT able to print it all. read more

I live 30 minutes from this Staples and Office Depot is 5 min from my home. It is worth the drive to go to Staples for all printing and marketing materials thanks to Ashton. When my order didn't come out quite right at first, he helped me redesign new materials and was super patient. I'm starting a new business and I will only buy my marketing materials from Ashton at Staples. The quality and customer service is far superior to any competitors. read more

what a ripoff. went to get some papers printed from my computer to theirs and the computer is telling me this is not my password. I know my password typed it in correctly 2 x's still according to their computer its not my password tho the computer was sending me info to my computer to change my password. 5 miles away couldnt be done. read more

Simple return made complicated for absolutely no reason. Worker left me standing in front of him for 10 minutes unnecessarily while he taped boxes and scanned bar codes instead of processing my return. You would think prioritizing the customers time would be common sense but apparently not the case.my guy left me standing there with no explanation as to what I'm waiting. I'm reasonable simple could've just communicated there's a system issue etc. This was something really easy made hard due to a refusal to communicate smh. read more

just want to say this staples is great, they are so nice and kind but I want to say the gentleman who was working the printer area and doing orders on 02/03/23 killed it he was still so kind and honest when he had a long shift ! My order looked like I got it from an actual artist ! And he remembered me calling earlier in the day and even my name (: he was great my order was great and I so love great customer service . I do not mind driving 20 minutes to come to this staples at all. Well done ! read more

Went to send a Package via UPS. Employee behind volunteers had his back toward customers blowing his nose like crazy. First off, yuck, second should not be doing this in the open. Second, finally came over to UPS desk said what do you need, told him to send envelope, WHAT, repeated said can't hear you with mask. I said with the envelope why would I be standing here, saying not sure. Then turned computer, gave me mouse said fill it out, gave me a yardstick said measure then weigh & let me know when done. I said excuse me. I don't work for Staples to do this. See you & I left. I wish I got his name. Not nice...My thing is blowing the nose !!!! Especially nowadays!!! YIKES!!!!!! read more

Went in to buy a nice office chair, ended up buying a box of an uncompleted chair and told by the employee after i told him i would like to buy this chair " no you dont because then i would have to make another one " . I never said I wanted to buy the floor model but after his outburst it made me feel extremely awkward . Im not going to mention the employees name because its honestly irrelevant. So pissed right now. They refused to bind my music because there was a customer complaint before about an issue with binding. I told them I was in a hurry and would even sign a disclaimer and they still wouldn't, and made up excuses about the glue in the binding. I do this every year, you cut the book first before binding it, glue is never involved anyways. That in itself shows their incompetency. ... They literally recommended me to Office Depot. Don't ever come here unless you want a frustrating experience with people who have zero understanding of how to do literally the only thing that it's supposedly good for. This is easily the WORST staples location. The print center is a mess. The first time we had a complaint, we were told that they would be able to print a banner same day. After placing the order and coming back just before their closing time, it was not finished as promised. The second time they did not print on the correct material and I was told that the measurement was the largest they could print when in fact they could print the size I originally ordered. Manager Mark was very rude and defensive on the phone. The only two people who tried to help were the kind ladies at the print center when I picked up my incorrect orders. read more

I have used many office supply stores but this is always my first choice. The store is always clean and up to date with merchandise. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful and if I ever have a problem with a purchase they are more then flexible and lenient with their return/replacement policy. In 15 years of going to this store I have not had a single complaint. read more

I've always gone to office depot... After a huge let down trying to get help with a project I said screw it and decided to give the printing center at Staples a try. There were a few employees running that section of the store and it was really busy. But long story short an employee named Doug was working his ass off taking care of everybody including myself. use any Staples store but the one in West Palm Beach. worst customer service ever. after purchasing a Toshiba computer I found it had previously been returned. no packing in the box. they gave me a second open box. again a defective return. the third worked for three weeks and malfunctioned. they refused to exchange it because it was over 14 days. after the cashier was kind enough to point out all the 14 day return signs she then asked me if I knew what I was doing. yes you sarcastic witch, I'm 58 should have been my response. I asked for the store manager and was told he was not in. a young man, Manny came over and rudely told me about the 14 days. he didn't seem to care that it was the third computer in 33 days. he told me he would only exchange it if I purchased an extended warranty. it cost as much as the computer. when I refused he wouldn't accept the machine for repair and sent me on my way with Toshiba's phone #. that is pure extortion. that rude arrogant "team leader" should never be allowed near a customer. I left my # and asked that the store manager call me when he was in. I'm still waiting for that call, Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. This lack of customer service this store provides is baffling. From the store manager to the associates there is no willingness to help and alleviate their customer's needs. I strongly advise visiting the nearby Office Depot where the team is more accommodating and helpful. I will be sure to pass my frustration along to Staples corporate team as this level of service should not be tolerated, nor is it any ways to operate a store. Staples should be embarrassed and needs to offer professional development or additional training. The lack of common sense and courtesy is most upsetting. read more
