    Horrible management. My daughter has been missing for 9 days. They said they would print flyers for me and the manager refused to help me.

    This store is a joke. They were trying to charge me $1 to use their tape lol I could buy it for $1. How cheap can you be.

Big shout out to Jaqueline who took her time and went out of her way to help me planning a kitchen. I had the dimensions and professional measurements and she created a beautiful kitchen with everything including appliances. This is a free service offered from IKEA and Jaqueline was knowledgeable and excellent at her job. While I was in the store I was able to look at appliances which my son will be able to order online and have delivered.

Our first installation left us with a 5x7 hole on the walls because the installer felt resistant but kept cutting into the dry wall. Dry wall dust was everywhere and tools were left on my furniture and on my bed cover. The tv was put in the wrong place and the installer did not want to fix the hole because they had a long ride back to Miami even though they said they had the equipment to repair it. We paid far more for this installation than we did on our main tv that was installed by someone else who did a very clean job of installing. We had to return to Florida, paid $1000 to travel to get this situation fixed. We are given an early appointment which was then changed twice without notice to us.The whole day was lost. When you have a problem- fix it first then move on to other jobs. Now we wasted another day waiting. You can't call the store and the AI conversation is worthless. When we finally got through to the installers, they were rude. I would never suggest Best Buy nor would I use them.

But it did not live up to the rating with my experience…read more (Dee) the guy who checks you in and tells you what's wrong with your computer was nice and seems like a good trusting character, I had a video card issue and got it back from a different place baked which temporarily fixed the problem but I wanted to never have to have to go through a tech baking the card again so I ask Dee to have his tech check it out and fix it once and for all. Which he sounded like he knows how to fix this problem so I was comfortable enough to leave my computer there over a couple days for them to send it out to their technicians to fix. However, the couple days turned into over the weekend and not sure if I will get it back by Monday. so I asked for the computer back, Dee said they find nothing really wrong with the video card but replacing the screen would be ideal since there's 2 lines there. I contemplated and agreed to let them fix the problem that didn't really bother me but since they suggested it, I guess it won't hurt. But, that's when it all go downhill from there. There's a wait for the part that's needed to fix the computer. Since I insist to keep the computer instead of leaving it at the store when they need to order the parts n wait for it to arrive to the store, they charged me $100 deposits in case I won't go back to let them fix the computer, but the part never came and they returned $60 to my credit card and kept the $40 for restocking fee or the tech to open my computer to check for issues? Also, they never call or notify me for returning the money or not able to fix my computer. I had to find that out through my credit card bill. Talk about unprofessionalism. So disappointed with them. I guess I will tell them how unhappy I'm with their service on Yelp would be the right thing to do since they don't want interaction with their customers. This is total scam to me. They open my computer saw nothing wrong but suggested I replace the screen yet the place they order parts from took forever n supposedly they never got the part, so they decided to charge me a fee because of what!? How is that on my tab? I would be aware of this place if you plan on using their service to fix computer. Btw, you walk in, there's no computer there, it feels super sketchy. If it's not for the past positive rating, I would have not given them any business. I do questions those reviews.

It was very busy, I…read morewas planning to spend over $ 2,500.00 in new phones and other items plus I needed Apple Care Support for my damaged iPad Mini. The first green shirt guy was very dismissive an d pointed to Felipe. He said he was the guy to help me. I waited in line to talk to Felipe but when my turn came someone just stood in front of him and Felipe talked to her for a long time. Finally it was my turn, but Felipe was very busy so he made an appointment for me to comeback in 1 hour (5:00 PM). I went on to other errands and came back early at 4:30 PM. When I finally got his attention he told me it would be 20 minutes before he could see me. He went on to take care of a good looking woman as if I was not there. She did not have an appointment but she had a great figure. I think Felipe felt his time was better used helping the attractive woman. We waited for over 25 minutes at which time it was already passed my 5:00 PM appointment time do I told him I was leaving. At 5:55 PM I received a message that Felipe was ready to see me. This was almost an hour after my appointment time. Apple founder, Steve Job, must be turning in his grave every time an Apple employee treats a customer this way. As a Luxury brand Apple customer service sucks. I have invested through the years over US $ 50,000 on Apple products from their first iPod or their G3 Computer to an endless number of iPhones, iPads, MacBook Air, Apple Tower for my daughter's Photography business and IPad Pros for our Wellness Business. However, Apple does not track their loyal customers like other Luxury Brands do. As an example AMEX knows every time I call that I have been their Platinum customer for the last 40 years. Patel Phillip takes me to a special office and offers me Champagne while I wait for their sale associate to bring out the goods. Even My Subaru dealer knows me and goes out of its way to make me feel comfortable while I wait. The attitude at the Boca Raton store must be a reflection of a poor store manager or badly trained associates. Or even worse an example of how T Cook has lost control of the Company. I think his firing is well deserved as he has damaged the brand by allowing their customer service to fall into such level of disrepair. I will buy my wife's phone at the ATT store and make another appointment to get service for my iPad mini at this store. I dread the thought but that is what a monopoly comes down to. Treating your best loyal customers like cattle w/o regards for how much they have contributed to your bottom line.

    Recently I had a laptop that out of know where started to act crazy. On its own, multiple windows…read morewould open and close. So the natural thing I thought of was maybe I have a virus. So I ran all my virus protection including Malware and it still acted crazy. I asked an I.T. guy for assistance and he did his thing and told me the computer was shot and to buy a new one. To me, that was devastating as this was a new computer. The last thing I wanted to do was buy a new computer. I ended up hopping on Yelp, went into the search area, and had it send my issue out to vendors on the site. In a short time, they responded back to me, started the dialogue, and told me what the issue would be. He broke it down in simple and easy steps. When I followed it, it was exactly what he said it would be, a bad screen. Based on that, I told him to order me a screen. When the screen came in, I was called by the technician. At the store, the tech greeted me, told me he would have the computer fixed the following day. Which is exactly what he did do. Overall I am impressed by the business and the willingness to diagnose an issue without me even giving them a cent. They were fast, gave me a warranty, and I will certainly use them in the future if the need ever arises.

In each of these instances I had to call the store to follow up it would've been if staff called or text status updates.
