Beware: Office Depot prices at their stores may be higher than their internet prices! I needed printer ink right away and looked online for the best price. Office Depot had a competitive, although not the very best, price. They were conveniently located, so I went to the store. I noticed that the price at the store was almost 12% higher than Office Depot's online price. When I asked the cashier why, he shrugged his shoulders and mumbled: "More overhead?" He then looked up the online price and sold me the ink at that price. I would have rated this experience as 1-star because it seems that Office Depot is penalizing local shoppers but since the cashier ultimately did the right thing in honoring the web price, I'm bestowing a second star on the rating. Most inefficient print service department ever designed. Very condescending Now they need your complete family history in order to make one copy at the desk...This is extremely aggravating to watch,,,and experience when it's finally your turn..!! They have chosen to waste time collecting marketing info, rather than simplify the process at the copy center!!! People are always annoyed, while waiting in the Queue, watching the employees lumber around, with zero sense of urgency, as the line grows. I'd rather buy a color printer!!!! read more

I had an emergency print order and contacted Office Depot to see if they could help. Saih answered the phone and he and Zach worked together to have the task complete in less than 1 hour. I can't thank them enough. My client had agreed to print the handouts for a training event I was conducting in Broward county tomorrow morning at 8 am and did not notify me until 4 pm that they were unable to do so. Saih and Zach went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful. With their help, tomorrow's workshop will be a success! read more

I placed a large print order (100 copies in a specialty size) and when I went to pick it up it was the wrong size. The lady at the counter - I believe her name was Carolina - went to work on reprinting the order. It took a little over an hour (again, it was a large order) and while I was there the line for the print department was at least 4 deep for the full hour. Their team really did their best to keep up with the high volume and demanding customers. Carolina didn't stop working on orders and continued to check in and move mine along as best she could. I really appreciated the dedication she and their team showed while I was there - customer service is a tough industry, but they handled it well. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this location. This used to be my favorite store. I went in to purchase items and to make business cards. The lines in copy center are soo long and I was told that I had to come in another day to make business cards because of no staffing. I just wasted time that I didn't have and I was told that copy center was being closed early due to no staffing. I was not the only angry customer. So I went to purchase my items and I asked the cashier what happened to this store. Copy center was never like this and the coworkers on the floor were not rude either. Cashier replies everyone quit. Office depot what are you doing? If you have people that knows how to treat their customers why are you losing them? I decided not to get anything and Im going to Staples instead. so disappointing read more

I often need art pages copied and have been using print service here. For the most part, they do a decent job, but not always. Recently, clean and clear grayscale pages came out considerably darker than the original making the copy useless to me. In the past, they have chopped off tops of heads and the copy with black lines came out dark red. Depending on the person working, I'm not able to trust the copying. I'm in the process of looking for a printer who consistently makes good copies read more

Two days ago,I went to Office Depot on 260 N. Congress, Boynton Beach, Fl to purchase a Printer. Because of my age, I goofed up in setting it up by not using the Set-Up Ink Jets that came with the printer. So, this morning, I went back there with some apprehension that how will they deal with me on my goof up. When I arrived at the door shortly after 8:00 a.m., the Greeter immediately assured me that they will they care of my issues. He contacted the Store Manager on duty at the time, who came to me immediately. After I explained the problem, she assured me that they will take care of the problem. I asked them to set it up for me, so she said she will handle sit immediately. In the meantime, I went to shop at Walmart, and by the time I returned, she had it all set. I assured her that I would write a Good Review, and so this is it. I enjoy dealing with people who are sympathetic to my problems. That you so Much! DWL read more

I was beyond frustrated after searching staples, target, Walmart and Michaels for teacher supplies. Apparently no one in all of Boynton caters to teachers besides Office Depot - the only place that carries bulletin board paper!! Seriously!!! Very thankful for the sweet cashier who rang me up, I was in a horrible mood and her kindness turned my day around. I didn't catch her name but she wore glasses and had long brown hair. They need more people behind the printing area. Its always busy and I'm always in a hurry lol. On one occasion, I received help from a really helpful guy, good customer service skills. I think his name was Dave or Dan ( slim, tall, Caucasian). I will come again for my printing needs and hope to give a better star rating. read more

Terrible customer service, we simply needed to print one email and it took over 30 minutes. Sent a file online for printing. The document didn't get printed right when I went to pick it up, and Jessica jumped on it right away. She dedicated herself to my print order and called back through out the day to give me updates. I don't know Jessica's last name, but she deserves a promotion to Customer Service Trainer! Tried calling before I made the trip to ask if they had a simple Fedex express envelope. I was told "we should, we ship Fedex" and was satisfied enough with that answer. Flash forward about 20 minutes and I go into the store. Of course, the printing/shipping dept was understaffed and a long line had formed. I waited about 15 minutes on this line. All the employees were walking by basically ignoring the line. Then, finally another employee came over to assist the one working the dept. Finally my turn came and I asked for the envelope. After some looking around for one in the area it should've been in, he asked his coworker if they had any. She replied U enthusiastically that no they didn't, she needed to order them. Thanks for wasting my time. I drove a mile to a pak and ship store and got the envelope. (Which fedex supplies for free). This is about the 10th and last time I'll walk into this store. Completely frustrated and disappointed. They really need to step up their game as the competition is building. Their lackluster attitude added to the poor experience, hence they've lost a customer. read more
