I went here several weeks ago to buy a desk for my daughter. I saw a nice black desk with a glossy top, the salesperson there showed me a nice one and I said I wanted it. I brought the box home and when I uncovered it, it was covered in rat feces and bugs and other disgusting markings and the top layer was peeling back and the wood was rotten. It was dirty and unusable and unfixable. I went back the next day to ask for an exchange or refund and the manager Elizabeth Block to me to get out or she would call her boyfriend to beat me up. I called the police and they couldn't really do anything so they told me to get a creditcard chargeback. It took 5 months to get the credit card to refund it and "Crazy Liz" tried to fight the chargeback saying I destroyed the desk. Terrible business, very unprofessional behavior. Meanwhile I had to pay $30 to drive it to the dump just to get rid of it because the city trash dump wouldn't take it. Needless to say I will never go here or recommend this to anyone. read more

Anytime I need office furniture I go to Crazy Liz. I've never been a fan of spending huge amounts of cash on new office furniture, so I always go used. Crazy Liz somehow manages to get huge volumes of inventory on a constant basis. Everything is pretty negotiable and she and her staff are very friendly. They also pick up and deliver furniture as well. read more

We purchased furniture for our office from Crazy Liz. We had new vinyl flooring laid down the day before delivery. Delivery guy gouged the vinyl while delivering. The owner, Liz, said she wasn't responsible for any delivery damage and would not pay the $200 fee that the floor installers wanted to repair the floor even though there was nothing on the paperwork we signed holding her not responsible for damages to my property. She also did not deliver a complete U-Desk which I purchased. It was missing the bridge. She said she misplaced it and would find it and deliver it. After 2 weeks she admitted to not having it. She offered to sell me a more expensive desk or to give me a different color bridge but did not want to refund any money for the difference between what I bought and what was delivered. I found a replacement part from the manufacturer online for around $100 (cheapest) and she did not want to pay for that. I had someone from my office call to try to get a refund on the difference of what was promised and what was delivered and the owner Liz yelled and called her a "bitch" and hung up the phone. Not only did they not deliver what was promised, they refused to refund the difference, refused to pay for professional installers to repair the damage they made to the 24 hr old vinyl flooring, but she was also rude and resorted to yelling and using expletives with a customer read more
