The sales person suggested that we check on the items in their Delray store. We'd been to the Boynton store a few times & had bought a teak bench. The Delray store selection is somewhat different. They have a large side yard with an enormous (for the size of the store) collection of pottery planters, decorative objects and more. Inside the small air conditioned space is an eclectic mix of decorative objects from around the world. Although my taste tends to run to modern pieces, I found myself drawn to a small table that is not like anything else we own. We bought this little table that looks as if it would come alive, if only in a Disney animated movie!

Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.

Some pieces were on "clearance" and these prices were reasonable but you had to really "walk the store" to find the best deals. Place offers all types of furniture, living, dining, bedroom, patio, mirrors, knickknacks, everything you could need for your home furniture. Worth a day trip to Mizner Park in Boca, Employees were readily available but gave you freedom to walk around. It's a big store. It used to be the old Lord & Taylor. Two floor and the day I was there the second floor air conditioning was out so definitely cut my visit very short considering it was already 90 degrees outside. I'm not sure what I was expecting. With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. IMO...there are so many better options and you can probably find brand new and factory fresh for the same price or even less than the used pieces they have. Personally I will go elsewhere. - [ ]

On top of that debacle we had a couple of issues with the items delivered and we went in circles with them to rectify the situation to no resolution on all but one issue. They don't care and they just keep pushing you off with "suggestions" on how to deal with their defective product. Horrible customer service. This furniture was too expensive to have so many issues. They made the shipping mistake and take no accountability for their negligence. Update - yes they replaced a table top when they sent the wrong one, However, we are still stuck with a wobbling table as well as cushions that have ties and no where to tie them onto. So I have ties hanging everywhere, not to mention the ties are already fraying! The delivery debacle cost me over $1100 ! How or why would $100 credit be acceptable!!! What a joke, we spent thousands of dollars on this furniture!
