A lot of nautical themes going on so if you're into that beachy look, this is the place for you, we were looking for large artwork and stumbled across this place just driving through. 5 months after my initial review, the owner of this business is still trying to go back & forth with me. Please just stop! I didn't assume anything! I took facts from our conversation and decided to leave a review. You called me broke & used words like "my kind" which was highly uncalled for. If you didn't want people to review your store you shouldn't have opened yourself up to scrutiny by joining Yelp or maybe you should've treated me with the same respect and customer service you showed the other 2 people who simultaneously left a review just 8 days ago. Thank you Sara for another great purchase - the new couch was very much worth the wait. So happy our Daughter in Law sent us to your showroom after shopping big retail stores - you beat them hands down with selection & pricing. While in your showroom we heard decorators and their buyers discuss your inventory- dimensions and pricing are on each item so we moved about the showroom & took pictures without any sales pressure- how refreshing! We found the perfect credenza delivery was a few days later then went back the next day and ordered the couch. It arrived as promised (mid-January) and again delivery on time no hitches. Their inventory changes quickly ( credenzas, couches, chairs, lighting, accessories, tables, etc) so follow them on Facebook and Instagram. Sara is good about responding to questions right away and knows her products. This is my go- to furniture store. read more

Outside the Box is a hidden gem. I've been looking for furniture for my new home for the past year. The delays in the furniture industry due to COVID-19 are so insane right now that items that should take a few weeks or so are taking 6 months or longer to arrive. However, none of this is an issue with Outside the Box. You literally walk in, see something you love, and you'll either take it with you or have it delivered that week if it won't fit in your car. The furniture selection is outstanding and the prices literally are the best I've seen. For instance, I just bought two chairs for my living room. They were delivered four days after I purchased them. The price was 50% lower than a major retail store that sells the same chairs. Plus, I know that if I had ordered the chairs from that retail store, I'd be getting them in 2023! Bottom line: Outside the Box offers a phenomenal selection of high-quality furniture. The prices are better than anywhere else. And you get your furniture immediately. I just discovered this store a few weeks ago, but I plan to go back MANY, MANY times. Highly recommend! read more

Now aways furniture is taking a long time to order and get into your home and if you have a whole house to decorate it could be nearly impossible. At Outside the Box the furniture is already there waiting for you to buy it....Genius Idea! Sara, the owner, is lovely and will go to extra mile to help you find the right piece. You can keep up to date on their inventory by checking their website. We are thrilled with all of our purchases and the price is right, compare Outside to Box to another store in Delray Beach on Federal and you will find that Outside the Box is cheaper by up to $1,000 on an entertainment sideboard or $500 cheaper on a chair. We bought two chairs so we save $1,000 and didn't have to wait 4 months for delivery. Sara can arrange for inexpensive and quick delivery. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am attaching a picture of the chair we recently purchased. I also wanted to add, that I'm not sure why there is an offer-up review included with the reviews regarding Outside the Box. Had a great experience at this store today. Saw a Facebook post with a photo of a server that I didn't need AT ALL but... now had to have. Ugh! Messaged the store for the price and they replied immediately. The price was less than other places online that sold the same piece, which I confirmed through my own research. PLUS, I liked the idea of buying locally from a family-owned business. A 15% off sale was announced, which sealed the deal and we went to the store for the transaction. We got lucky--they were able to deliver same day. Sweet! We also snagged hurricane candleholders that caught our eye. Love that the wife-owner rang us up & the husband-owner delivered! We give Outside the Box a thumbs up! read more
