Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few. They admitted that they need to better handle the packaging on their end, but in the meantime they are taking their customer's money, STILL SELLING THIS TABLE, while not being able to properly deliver these type of FRAGILE AND EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Z- Gallery is totally incompetent and because they are, should NOT be in business, do to absolutely misleading their customers. I attempted to speak to someone in their Corporate office, but they claim that can "only" be done internally!! Of course it is!! I have exhausted every mean with Z-Gallery!! This "inconvenience" has caused us to now have an incomplete set of tables!! The most concern here should be the fact that Z-gallery continues to have this table and others alike on sale; while you can't provide an adequate and proper handling and delivery of said items! This is not only very unfortunate situation, but likewise absolutely misleading to ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S!! Z-gallery is a FRAUD, by taking their customer's money, yet knowing that you are UNABLE to delivery the goods. Offering a full refund is not all that your Company needs to do in order to satisfy such unfortunate "inconvenience!!" The current in-store Spring Cyber Week special is 20% off all outdoor furniture although today I was inquiring about sofas and delivery policies. This store specializes in several major brands including Mayfair, All Modern, Joss & Main and Perigold. During browsing the staff was informative and not aggressive. They indicated that all purchases include FREE delivery although the current waiting period for sofas are several weeks or longer to arrive. No sale today but will keep this location in my back pocket.
