I found latch hook kits, which is something I used to love to do as a kid. Now I am actually thinking about buying a kit to keep in my office to work on during my lunch breaks. I wandered over to the bead area and couldn't believe the selection. It's so funny how one trip here had me thinking about hobbies I haven't thought about in years. The custom framing wasn't for me because I just didn't see the value for the price. But I'll be coming back to browse the beads and latch hook kits. The hotel was built in the Spanish Colonial Revival-style of architecture and it opened in 1926 as the Alterep Hotel during Florida's wealthy land boom years. It's distinctive yellow color and history makes it one of the most recognizable buildings in Delray Beach. The are several little shops in this area of the building including Beach Paradise, a women's clothing store and a gift shop, Just Hearts. Salutations of Delray was started by Diana Bush in 2004 as a result of searching for invitations to purchase for her daughters upcoming wedding. They specialize in custom wedding invitations and announcements along with custom stationary and greeting cards. Other things they carry included linen towels with funny phrases, Pampa Bay tableware, Nora Fleming stoneware, Thymes Frasier Fir candles and diffusers, items that can be personalized, children's gifts. and party supplies. The store motto is "Everyday is an occasion...celebrate in style!" Writing a letter and personalized stationary seems to be a kind of lost art in the email world of today and I love that you can rediscover that here. My daughter could not find the card stock item on the shelf. The one floor stock employee was located and asked where card stock items were at she exhaustedly pointed to the opposite side of the store where my daughter was diligently searching. My daughter asked assistance from the check-out counter staff who advised her that their website was three weeks behind on inventory. Where are the managers? If this was accurate information they should place that on their website before wasting fuel getting there. So again, we left annoyed.

The receipt they gave me last time was ineligible. I only go to Michael's because sometimes when you're building something you have to see things in living size and color whereas online it's difficult to know exactly what you're getting; otherwise I wouldn't go near this place. I don't think the service is too excited to be there either. You get what you pay for rings true at this place.
