The store inside is simple and there is a variety of cool items he also has for sale. I even saw a penny that was missstamped for those who collect and are looking to add to their collection. He has some new jewelry and some gently owned pieces too. On the recommendation of a friend, we took my wife's diamond ring in for repair. They were very…read morenice and told us they recommended the head be replaced. We agreed and the work was done on time and looked good to us. In less than one month, a prong broke off the new head. We called and explained the problem, sending them photos of the break. My wife says she never hit anything with the ring. They told us to come in but we had left the area. We went to another jeweler in Atlanta, who inspected the ring and said they had never seen a head break off in the location this one had. They said, for the head to break off in that area from impact, my wife would probably have a broken finger. To us, this confirmed that the prong did not suffer impact and either the prong or the craftsmanship to replace it were defective. We sent the prong back to Jewelry Artisans with a note requesting some compensation for the defect. They never responded. We are not talking a lot of money here and were severely disappointed in our treatment.
