I was there a couple of months ago. I had a great experience getting my computer fixed. I would highly recommend.

I came here because of the 4.5 ratings. But it did not live up to the rating with my experience. (Dee) the guy who checks you in and tells you what's wrong with your computer was nice and seems like a good trusting character, I had a video card issue and got it back from a different place baked which temporarily fixed the problem but I wanted to never have to have to go through a tech baking the card again so I ask Dee to have his tech check it out and fix it once and for all. Which he sounded like he knows how to fix this problem so I was comfortable enough to leave my computer there over a couple days for them to send it out to their technicians to fix. However, the couple days turned into over the weekend and not sure if I will get it back by Monday. so I asked for the computer back, Dee said they find nothing really wrong with the video card but replacing the screen would be ideal since there's 2 lines there. I contemplated and agreed to let them fix the problem that didn't really bother me but since they suggested it, I guess it won't hurt. But, that's when it all go downhill from there. There's a wait for the part that's needed to fix the computer. Since I insist to keep the computer instead of leaving it at the store when they need to order the parts n wait for it to arrive to the store, they charged me $100 deposits in case I won't go back to let them fix the computer, but the part never came and they returned $60 to my credit card and kept the $40 for restocking fee or the tech to open my computer to check for issues? Also, they never call or notify me for returning the money or not able to fix my computer. I had to find that out through my credit card bill. Talk about unprofessionalism. So disappointed with them. I guess I will tell them how unhappy I'm with their service on Yelp would be the right thing to do since they don't want interaction with their customers. This is total scam to me. They open my computer saw nothing wrong but suggested I replace the screen yet the place they order parts from took forever n supposedly they never got the part, so they decided to charge me a fee because of what!? How is that on my tab? I would be aware of this place if you plan on using their service to fix computer. Btw, you walk in, there's no computer there, it feels super sketchy. If it's not for the past positive rating, I would have not given them any business. I do questions those reviews. read more

This store is a dump when I pulled up it was in a warehouse i called first and was spoken to very rudely by a male then i called back to speak to a manager and was treated even worse by a woman they are not interested in helping so they get 4 thumbs down read more

I have not patronized this business. I did get 3 separate emails from "order@usacomputerstore.com", with a link asking me to ""Pay this already"". When I gogled the company, it is indeed a real business and led me to their webpage. When i called the number from their website (the numbers in the email are different than the website), they said they knew of it and were trying to get it fixed. The man I spoke to was apologetic, and very polite. Just wanted to give a warning to anyone else looking this place up because of a phishy looking email. I cant give them more than 3 stars since I have never used them, but they do appear to have a great and loyal following of very satisfied customers, and I did note that the man I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. read more

De has an awesome attitude and was able to do a speedy repair on an older laptop. While the repair was not something extreme, I expected it to take days to repair, but he got the job done quickly. I highly recommend this business. The level of service offered and the 'can do' attitude of De was refreshing. read more

I went to this store to have my laptop fixed. I'm very happy with the customer service and the prices! I couldn't believe that my laptop was fixed for only $55 flat rate! where in other places they were trying to charge over $100.!!! These guys were very helpful and nice. My computer failed and I couldn't get it to boot up. I found USA Computer Store on line, called up and spoke to De. He was very helpful on the phone so I took the computer over to him. I was keen not to lose any data so when the diagnosis came that the drive needed to be replaced I asked De to keep trying to see if you could get in to it. It was too far gone and he felt that to persevere may cause more damage so we decided to stop there. De had spent quite a while working on my computer and had given me a very comprehensive verbal report over the phone. When I went to collect ir, I asked him how much I owed him and he just laughed! I needed to get a DC jack replaced on my laptop. None of the chain repair shops would even touch it since it needed to be soldered. These guys had no problem with this kind of repair. It was a fair price, they were friendly, and the repair was completed in a timely manner, and done well. Hopefully I won't need future repairs, but I will definitely use them again if that's the case. read more

Best place to get your computer fixed. I got my MacBook Air fixed and pricing was reasonable

I brought three notebook computers in to be fixed and they offered free diagnosis of the problem versus the retail box repair shops such as Staples,Best Buy and Office Depot who charge $75-99 just to diagnose. I found the quotes to repair to be competitively priced; not cheap but competitive. One required only a key board pad (used) which ran almost the price of the hard-drive new in the other one. I needed these for work so I did not want to shop for a better deal. They were willing to knock $20 off the total price for repairing both, which I did. When picking up they allowed me to test both before leaving the store. My only complaint is that it took well over 2 weeks to get them repaired and nearly 4 days and not 48 hours to get the initial diagnostic. I had to follow up multiple times by phone which was a little annoying. Regarding the 3rd computer they tested it and found it checked out fine. No charge for that one and there communications for this one were timely. Overall, I rate them 4 STARS or "A-". Good points are quality work, competitively priced, willing to negotiate a pkg deal, fair and honest, answers calls after hours. Cons include: repairs and store follow up a little slow at times. This was my first encounter with USA Computer Store. I work out of my home and was having an issue with my computer, which I cannot be without during weekdays. Since I was unable to take my computer to the store, they had their technician come to my home, which occured in a matter of an hour and a half or so. The tech was very nice, courteous, spoke perfect English and seemed to know what he was speaking about. I am very pleased with their service and will surely use them again should the need arise (and we all know that with computers, the need will surely arise again!) I believe the cost was fair and competative. The rapid response was most greatly appreciated!! Not having to unplug everything and lug the computer elsewhere by myself (I'm a fairly old gal) was more than I had hoped for before finding them. Thanks so much USA Computer Store! read more
