He came promptly and made an attempt at resolving my issue, however it would not be that simple. He took my PC to his office and called me the following day to inform me of what was wrong and the price to repair. I found his candidness and clear explanation to be clear and concise. I agreed to have the repairs done. As soon as he had resolved the problem, he called me and set up a time to drop off my PC. When he returned it to me, we encountered a second issue.
