I researched smaller independent companies in the Fort Lauderdale area. I hoped to receive more personalized service and created a short list. I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. On the same day, just walking in, they were able to look at my computer, open it and tell me what was wrong with it. My keyboard was extremely dirty, they just had to clean it and they needed to reset the logic board. At the end it cost me 75$ and my computer is working like a charm ! I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
