I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I had previously used Pst Computers but they seem to have gone out of business. So, what to? The answer was Yelp to the rescue which quickly came up with BBM Tech Computer Solutions. I gave BBM Tech Computer Solutions a phone call telling them I wanted to erase Microsoft's Edge and be able to receive email from petrxinc.com. I was told their hourly rate for work at my home location was $198/hour and that it would take about an hour to fix the matter. I said OK, and we set up a time and date. BBM Tech Computer Solutions showed up exactly the time and date they said they would. Their computer solutions expert, Brandon was friendly, polite, and professional. He immediately discovered that the reason I was not receiving the email I wanted had nothing to do with my computer, but with the sender's server that blocked all emails going to gmail addresses. He then advised me not to remove Microsoft Edge as it was embedded and its removal could harm my other computer functions.
