Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. The parking close y on busy times not always available but can always go to parking garage and walk there. I will be returning for any other repairs since conveniently located nearby and the service is very good. This is located n the promenade in coconut creek so sometimes

Unfortunately this is a business that takes advantage of customers with predatory pricing on mediocre lower end products. With an service fee of $150 for basic fan installation and a dusting, you would think when they say at $49 a fan you would be getting decent fans right? Think again, I was given 4 $13 Antec fans. Pack of 4 at bestbuy goes for about $50. While I understand the shop has to make a profit, selling $13 fans for $49 while already charging $150 for a fan installation and a dusting is predatory on the consumer. The people inside are friendly, but beware of the price gouging, and beware of paying much more than what anything is actually worth, including the products, and the service. On top of that the rear end ventilation of the case still had dust on it. Grand total was $380 for a four fan installation (lower end fans) and a dusting. Disgusting

I am an Information Technology professional with more than four decades in the business, My desktop…read morecomputer was old and needed to be replaced. I researched smaller independent companies in the Fort Lauderdale area. I hoped to receive more personalized service and created a short list. I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. Do yourself a favor and if you have a computer problem or issue, give them a call. You will be pleased with the results!

I had previously used Pst Computers but they seem to have gone out of business. So, what to? The answer was Yelp to the rescue which quickly came up with BBM Tech Computer Solutions. I gave BBM Tech Computer Solutions a phone call telling them I wanted to erase Microsoft's Edge and be able to receive email from petrxinc.com. I was told their hourly rate for work at my home location was $198/hour and that it would take about an hour to fix the matter. I said OK, and we set up a time and date. BBM Tech Computer Solutions showed up exactly the time and date they said they would. Their computer solutions expert, Brandon was friendly, polite, and professional. He immediately discovered that the reason I was not receiving the email I wanted had nothing to do with my computer, but with the sender's server that blocked all emails going to gmail addresses. He then advised me not to remove Microsoft Edge as it was embedded and its removal could harm my other computer functions. He then did a PC Optimization maintenance covering: -Windows Updates - PC Updates - Microsoft Store Updates - Microsoft Office Apps - Misc Software Updates - Virus Scan/Clean - Webroot Check/Scan - Web Browser Update - Disk Cleanup - Disk Defrag - Driver Updates - BIOS Updates Overall, I was well pleased with BBM Tech Computer Solutions so it's five Yelp stars.

Where did I look for help..YELP! Yes, Yelp always knows the place!! I called and got the owner Oren on the phone. I was in a panic. I use my desktop more than my phone so I felt helpless and so worried I was going to have to go to windows 10 or I really didnt know what I did wrong. Oren came to my rescue! Thank you so much Oren! Oren sat right down and after some time (maybe 15 minutes) he found the issue(microsoft.net caused my system to be corrupted) he had everything straightened out and had my old girl (my computer that was my moms) up and running correctly. Oren was my third call and I have to say he was efficient, courteous, genuine and knowledgeable! He was calm where as I was a nervous wreck and he diligently went through all kinds of programs to pin point the corrupted file or dot net thing. I dont know anything when it comes to computers. I trust a professional like owner Oren implicitly. He asked where I found him and I told him yelp and had him look at my page on here so he would know it was my review! My computer is my life line (as I am sure it is for most people) and without my desktop I wouldnt know what to do. I was so glad I found My PC Tech and called and had the owner Oren repair my corruption! He said there was nothing he could do for my personal corruption (kidding he didnt say that). Take it from me IF you have ANY computer troubles take the time to speak to Oren and have him come fix your computer. Orens prices($55.00 for the first hour) were not some rip off and I was so relieved when he had me up and running again! It actually took him less than an hour and I was amazed at how he knew exactly where to look (file wise) to see what went wrong. I dont think I would ever use anyone else again(I called the original man that built my tower and he never returned my calls so guess what I will never recommend or use him ever again!!!) to solve my computer issues. Only Oren is allowed to service my system from now on! Do your self a favor, dont waste time with any other company if your corrupted like I am, I mean like I was ( i mean like my computer was). Call My PC Tech and try to speak to Oren the owner and let him fix your computer like he fixed mine. Thanks so much for such prompt, honest immediate service Oren! I am so happy Yelp helped me find My PC Tech and Oren! BEST service ever! A well deserved 5 stars from me! I hope you all use My PC Tech like I did. He saved my life or rather my computers life! Youre the greatest Oren! Thanks again!
