All I needed was a new battery installed and a hard drive!!! I can't access my documents because you uninstalled my WORD!! Why did you remove my WHOLE Office Suite so now I have no programs that I need to use??? Why did you install homemade programs that were not compatible with ANYTHING??????????? I was charged $300!!!!!How do you expect me to send a letter to my creditors now that I cannot access WORD because you took it off my computer?? How am I supposed to pay my bills now? I am a disabled veteran that is also a Federal employee on furlough - shame on you!!!!!! I took my laptop for repairs here a couple years ago. They removed my whole Microsoft (I had Windows 11) and gave me some hokey word processing program. I am now a Federal employee on furlough and I cannot access the Word documents I had to submit to my creditors. So now I can't even send this letter to my creditors!!!!! read more

My experience here was unfortunately not a good one. While the gentleman I spoke with seemed polite, I felt like I was almost scammed out of $500. I originally brought my computer in for a free diagnostic. At that time, the computer would power on but shut off after a few minutes. When I came back to pick it up, the computer wouldn't turn on at all--and he claimed this was the condition I had brought it in. That was not true, as I had personally powered it on in front of the gentleman to show him the make, model, and even log in to my settings. I was then told the issue was a bad motherboard that would cost about $500 to replace. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. At the other repair shop, I was told nothing was actually wrong with the motherboard--the new shop stated he literally unplugged everything and plugged it back in and the computer was back to normal working conditions. Once it was reconnected properly, the computer worked perfectly. In fact, I'm writing this review on the very same computer right now. I can't say what others' experiences will be, but this was mine--and I feel it's important to share. read more

My husband came home from a trip with his laptop on the fritz. We decided to see if it could be fixed. And if so, what it would cost before we made the decision to purchase a new one. Neither of us having any reference for this type of service referred to Yelp. This location popped up so we gave them a call. The gentleman that answered was friendly and polite. He advised we could bring the laptop in at our convenience for a free diagnostic. We came in on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted & assisted by Julian. We explained the problems with the laptop. He patiently listened, provided possible issues & solutions and gave us a price quote range. We told him to go ahead with the free diagnostic. He advised he would call the next day (Saturday) with the diagnostic results & final quote/cost. He did. Julian provided details on results, solutions & final cost. The results & solutions were ones he'd previously mentioned and the final cost within the original quote range given to us. We were comfortable with Julian's knowledge/expertise at this point and the price was reasonable so we told him to fix it. He said he'd have it ready by Monday. He did. Upon pickup he reviewed everything once more and provided at-home maintenance suggestions. It's been a couple of months now and the laptop is working better then ever. So of course, I came here to fix my PC! There was a problem with the hard drive and battery! My computer is only 2 years old so I couldn't believe there was an issue already. Adrian was the technician who helped me and he was soooo through in his explanations and price breakdowns. We communicated through text which made it way easier for me to understand the issues when they were found and how to go about solving them. Of course getting your computer fixed it not cheap but it is very much worth it. He was also able to save all the data on my computer which was a huge PLUS! I called on a Monday afternoon and was promptly greeted by Adrian who encouraged me to bring my computer, which had recently stopped powering on, in for diagnostics. I was there within 30 minutes where Adrian's son, Julian, greeted me and asked about what brought me in. Julian explained that it could be a number of things and provided a ballpark price range for what I could reasonably expect if the computer was salvageable while acknowledging that there was a chance it might be something more serious and, in such a case, may not be worth repairing considering the device's age. He asked if I needed the data on the device, which I did, and offered to try to salvage it in either scenario. Since it was around 4 pm at this point, he said he'd likely call me with updates the following day. Julian remained true to his word and had an update for me early Tuesday afternoon. My computer had powered on but he wanted to keep it for another day or so to ensure it was running as it should. He again offered to call me the following day and, again, kept his word. On Wednesday morning, his update wasn't what either of us had hoped - the computer kept turning off throughout the previous day - but he offered to spend some more time exploring what could be causing the problem. By Wednesday afternoon, he once again demonstrated excellent communication by letting me know he'd call me the following day with an update. By Thursday morning, Julian had figured out exactly what was causing my computer to keep shutting down and quoted me the price for the repair, which I felt was very reasonable especially when compared to the price of replacing my laptop. He also explained there was one additional part that could use updating which would extend the life of my device and provided a quote for that. I asked him to go ahead and perform the recommended repair and my laptop was ready 2 hours later! Overall, I was very impressed with both Adrian and Julian's professionalism and knowledge when working with my computer. Most of all, as a communicator by nature and trade, I was extremely pleased with the frequency of the updates provided during this 3-day process. Adrian & Son Julian are amazing Not only did they recover the data from my failed hard drive, (our entire personal life, tax returns, medical records, paid bills, insurance policies, banking, etc etc) they transferred to a new slim desktop and got me up and running, this dynamic duo also provided maintenance software, antivirus, Malware & spyware cleanup. I had a motherboard failure this week and hadn't backed up in a while. I lost some very valuable work documents. They were able to retrieve all my files and get them back to me. The files were delivered on a high capacity external drive in two days. When I first met Adrian (The father, and owner) & Julian (the Son) I had a computer bought in 2015 and was just about to buy a new computer because my current one would take 5 minutes to load, and would lag on every website opened. My mom said to check out these people first (she has been going with them for over 6/7 years I believe) so I gave them a call and asked a few questions with specs of the computer I was looking at. He said paying that price for a computer when he could just add all the specs to my current one was not the best thing to do with my money.
