I ignored the scratches and the simple crack across the main screen. I dealt with the phone getting slower and slower. That was until the latest Lollipop update killed my phone... After I installed it, I could not get signal, access wifi, or even open my gallery long enough to transfer photos before it would crash again. Unwilling to accept defeat, I sought out help. I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it.
