Top notch repair shop! I've been meaning to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S6 but I was trying to hold out a little longer for the the next model. I ignored the scratches and the simple crack across the main screen. I dealt with the phone getting slower and slower. That was until the latest Lollipop update killed my phone... After I installed it, I could not get signal, access wifi, or even open my gallery long enough to transfer photos before it would crash again. Unwilling to accept defeat, I sought out help. I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it. By the time I had lunch and ran a few errands, my phone was ready with everything the way it was, plus a functional Lollipop update! Great experience. read more

Regrettably, after having my iPhone 6 for over two years, I dropped my phone on its sweet spot and cracked my screen. I was up for an upgrade but didn't want to shell out the money for an iPhone 7 since I wasn't too impressed with it and was hoping for the next release. Anyway, I went on Yelp to look for a place to repair my screen. Tons of businesses popped up, but I chose Repair Bot because of their positive reviews and their quoted price ($89.99 for an iPhone 6 screen). I called a few other businesses in the area and Repair Bot had the most reasonable price and service time. I walked in and was walked through the process of what they planned to do to repair my phone. They told me everything should be fixed in 45-60 min. I left my phone with them and did some shopping in the area. When I picked up my phone, everything looked brand new. The new screen looks great, color and brightness were unchanged from the original, and I walked out a happy customer. So if you're ever in a bind and need your phone or tablet or computer fixed, check out Repair Bot! read more

If you need a cell phone or computer repair, I HIGHLY recommend these guys! My son's iPhone got wet and stopped working. They dried it out and checked the parts for free. I only paid to replace 1 part and it works like brand new. They were fast, very friendly, and most importantly honest. Another repair company wanted to charge me $85 just for the diagnostics! read more

Repair Hero! I water damaged my Iphone 7 and had a years worth of photos on it. Apple told me the phone was a total loss and to turn it in for the insurance, but noting could be done about the photos. I checked here before I turned the phone in and Chris told me he would try to salvage the data. He was able to get it working long enough to get ALL OF MY PHOTOS OFF! The phone was toast but at least I got my memories back :) read more

My coworker saw my health hazard cracked screen and recommended I check this company out. So, I went to Repair Bot with my cracked cell phone screen, even the bottom portion was showing under the screen. I left with a gorgeous screen, a glass protective screen, a cell phone case, and a car charger all for under $115! I couldn't be more happier! I want to also mention that the owner's son was very helpful in recommending a phone case for me and I didn't feel I was being sold, I felt I was being guided to make the most beneficial choice. read more

Repair Bot replaced my iPhone 6 's cracked screen and later got my Sony VAIO LAPTOP and HP Office Jet to communicate. I used to use BestBuy' Geeks and Office Max's repair; both were much more expensive than Repair Bot in Sunrise next to TinFish and Doris Market on Sunset Strip and Nob Hill Road. Both Charles and Chris are very personable and can diagnose your Pc/phone in layman terms and not Techno. Also, they were able to recycle and clean my hard drives of my two obsolete laptops ( and they didn't contact James Comey, of the FBI and blame Hillary for eliminating my hard drives). Hahaha. Very satisfied and will use them again and give them top recommendation read more

Was looking for a place to repair my wife's broken screen on her iphone. I messaged them thru yelp for information and a quote and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. Went in that same day and they had the screen repaired in an hour. There was a small issue with the touch id not working after the screen replacement. I messaged them as soon as we noticed. He responded right away to take the phone in. They took care of it just as fast. Great customer service and responsiveness! read more
