I went in to get my battery and charging port replaced. My phone battery does last longer and I can charge it with a cable now.... But my microphones don't work very well anymore and they make a static noise that's louder than my voice when someone else tries to talk to me on call or FaceTime. I mentioned this to the guy at the shop two days later and he denied anything was wrong with my phone. I'm grateful my phone charges with a cable but I can't use my phone to talk on the phone so much anymore. I regret coming here and them not restoring my microphone back to how it was supposed to be. A little while after the same issue started happening again but now more frequently to the point where I can no longer use the device. Shattered my iphone 5s screen. Everything on my phone worked just fine. Like most people, i called around to several cell phone repair places. Got a quote of $90/95+ tax from all the calls except this place. However, CARepairs was cheaper plus they threw in a free screen protector! So i went in, told them my issue to see if i would get quoted an even cheaper price but i wasn't. I was actually quoted a higher price BUT it was still cheaper than the 90/95 from everywhere else. So i confronted them about what i was quoted over the phone, they gave me my phone price and free screen protector as promised. Wait time was estimated at 2.5hrs but they finished in 1.5hrs. Job done & im happy. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price difference over the phone vs in the store plus one of the guys does a bit of unnecessary marketing, i mean the store is small so customers can see what they sell, no need to mention it unless asked. read more

A nightmare ,stay away from this place, it seems to be nice and polite at first but lacks all kinds of professionalism, they are dishonest ,cheat and extremely rude ,destroy your electronics they don't know what they do I paid 165 dollars for the replacement of my toddler ipad screen just to throw it away ,cheap and badly pieces, He is a master at lies, he says that He fix the screen for the second time that I broke, he never showed me the ipad without a cover when I went to pick it up, he seemed very mysterious in the way he acted when I got home that I took off the cover, the iphad was broken in a corner that was impossible to see with the cover on, you agreed to change it just because you knew that you gave it to me like that because one of the first things you told me at the beginning was that there was no guarantee when the screen broke after leaving the store, He never thought I'd come home and take the cover off ,when i pick up the ipad the second time the ipad looks blurry and almost white and black, with two black stripes on each side of the screen ,and cannot be rotated, ahh and something else ,they try to buy your review by offering you a free cover. close that store it's a shame to have something like this in our community read more

You could not go to a more honest and service oriented place to get your cell phone repaired. I called several places since my husband is so attached to his Iphone 4S...lol. He shattered the front and the back of the phone. To repair I was quoted ridiculous prices. I got a second Iphone 4S from a friend who no longer needed it and asked this place if they could transfer contacts, photos and apps from his and put on new phone. $40.- that's it! That's what they charged. They could not have been nicer and more honest. It is not in a major shopping plaza but right on Stirling Rd. in Davie. Not the closest repair place for us but definitely the most customer oriented and ridiculously fair. I would recommend Mauricio to anyone. I am planning on telling everyone I know to go there.
