When the hard drives on both your iMac and MacBook Pro crash at the same time, it can be devastating. Add to that having your iPhone stolen, and your connection to the outside world is effectively cut off. I did not even know how to reach my brother or sister. Apple gave me the name and address of IT Doctors. Thank God! They ran diagnostics on both devices and got back to me very quickly, offering me several solutions from which to choose. Their communication skills are fantastic! They explained everything thoroughly and patiently without ever making me feel like an idiot. More than anything else though, they were able to allay my fears and assure me that things weren't as bad as I thought. Once we chose a solution, they executed the repairs extremely quickly and, to my great surprise, at a far lower cost than I ever would have expected. Imagine that! To top it off, knowing I was disabled and no longer able to drive, they delivered the devices back to me at no charge. You just don't find this kind of service anymore! IT Doctors is great! Don't know what I would have done without IT Doctors helping get my Internet up & running. On December 23, 2015 my iMac was unable to connect to the Internet. I called the Condominium & they were not helpful. I called ITG Doctors & they rearranged their schedule so they could come out immediately. They immediately diagnosed the issue as being related to the Building connection. IT Doctors then coordinated with my building's engineer & was able to push them to fix my issue. They didn't laugh at me when I told them I droped the computer tower and smoke came out of it, and when they were able to fix it , I felt like finally , a great place in Florida , where people really know what they are doing, you don't have to go back over and over to get the problem taken care of, and the price is very very resonable. I damaged my mac book by spilling water all over the keyboard. I was so upset the next day when I tried to type words and I would see &**((%$...IN THE BROWSER. i WENT TO THE APPLE STORE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ABOUT 700 DOLLARS TO FIX WITH APPLE. They gave me the name of this company and I went there. Even though I waited a while for it to be fixed, when I picked it up yesterday I felt like I had BRAND NEW COMPUTER. What really impressed me was that Paul inserted the black plastic piece for me in the middle that had many cracks in it which Apple said it would cost 200 dollars to repair. Excellent short turn around time repair. Brought in wife's Dell laptop overloaded with viruses and other issues and within 2 days they had the laptop working in perfect condition. This was not a relatively new unit, it was a least 10, and maybe more years old. Wife happy so husband happy. My next trip there will be to have our desktop swept for viruses and have whatever is needed to bring the operating system up to current standards. Recently our office was having major issues with Microsoft Outlook. IT Doctors was recommended to us by one of our members & we contacted them immediately. IT Doctors was available to remote into our computer & immediately Diagnose the issue. Within minutes they were able to confirm the issue was the result of a bad update that was recently installed. IT Doctors has been a blessing for computer repair. I work as a freelancer for a few different clients so my computer goes through a lot on a daily basis. My computer was running slow and a few programs kept crashing. I was a little flustered because my computer contains valuable information for my clients that I need. Apple won't take my iMac early 2008 because for them its a vintage machine. They gave me a list of approved apple repair centers an IT doctors was the one I choose. They have a great technician with "Christian" who diagnose and explained to me step by step the repairs that need to be done. The replaced the video card in about 2 days and fix my corrupted OS and they are always available for questions. They are friendly and really care about their clients.
