I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. I had previously used Pst Computers but they seem to have gone out of business. So, what to? The answer was Yelp to the rescue which quickly came up with BBM Tech Computer Solutions. I gave BBM Tech Computer Solutions a phone call telling them I wanted to erase Microsoft's Edge and be able to receive email from petrxinc.com. I was told their hourly rate for work at my home location was $198/hour and that it would take about an hour to fix the matter. I said OK, and we set up a time and date. BBM Tech Computer Solutions showed up exactly the time and date they said they would. Their computer solutions expert, Brandon was friendly, polite, and professional. He immediately discovered that the reason I was not receiving the email I wanted had nothing to do with my computer, but with the sender's server that blocked all emails going to gmail addresses. He then advised me not to remove Microsoft Edge as it was embedded and its removal could harm my other computer functions. He then did a PC Optimization maintenance covering: -Windows Updates - PC Updates - Microsoft Store Updates - Microsoft Office Apps - Misc Software Updates - Virus Scan/Clean - Webroot Check/Scan - Web Browser Update - Disk Cleanup - Disk Defrag - Driver Updates - BIOS Updates Overall, I was well pleased with BBM Tech Computer Solutions so it's five Yelp stars.

I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

The guy (his name is Julian) ended up recommending me a thermalright phantom spirit evo 120mm which is basically a big 3 fan block that attaches to your cpu that goes for around $60-$90 along with a charge of $175 for the 1tb ssd which is very fair. I'm about to give 4 reasons on why you shouldn't come to this place for computer fixes or upgrades and why you should really find someone off of facebook marketplace to do it for you instead. This place makes a profit by overcharging high labor costs. They know how computers work and how to fix things, but yet, they will still be unfair and overcharge you because the average customer doesn't know how things work and just wants their stuff fixed. 1. Julian charged me $150 "labor" for a simple ssd install ontop of the $175 I was already paying for the ssd, charged me $200 for "parts and labor" when the thermalright cooler is maybe $100 max brand new if you got it somewhere overpriced, and to make matters worse, I got hit with a $40 "tax". My total bill was $565.71, when in reality, it should've been around $350-$380 total... 2. Julian installed the thermalright cooler the wrong way, one of the 3 fans was supposed to be in-front of the ram sticks area on the motherboard, not on the opposite side. 3. I was getting my cpu changed from intel to amd by a guy on marketplace and I had to text Julian mid install, ask him for the amd bracket that came with the thermalright cooler, and waste 20 minutes to go pick it up from his shop because he didn't give it back to me when I went to pick up my pc. Hell, he didn't even give me the other parts that came with the cooler until I asked. He had to nerve to say "I usually give them back just in case" but he didn't this time. When you pay for a brand new component that goes into your computer, the person installing it should give all of the accessories and the box back along WITH your computer. 4. When I booted up my pc, it literally dual booted both windows 10 and windows 11. Because of this, I had to fix it myself. Unfortunately, I ended up losing all of the data on my 5tb hdd because of Julians mistake. Years of documents, videos, and photos gone. Had Julian installed only 1 version of windows onto my ssd the right way, I wouldn't have lost all of my data. Overall, terrible service. If you ever want your stuff fixed, please don't waste your time coming here and go onto Facebook Marketplace instead. You'll find people who are more honest about what you might need help with and how to fix it. They won't charge you $100 for labor like 'My Florida PC' will.
