He took over a week to even start my diagnostic and he deliberately ignored my phone calls when I tried inquiring about it (the store calls go directly to his cell phone). He tried to do the same thing again the next day when I called but since I did not have an extra phone to call him off of, I just called back to back until he answered and he did eventually after the 13th call. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he was the manager, and when I asked to get a corporate number, he informed me that he is also part owner. So there was no one to report him to. Lose-lose situation. 2nd, he gave me a fake diagnostic. My toddler threw a a class cup at my desktop breaking my screen. David told me that it was not the screen, it was the motherboard that was bad and it would take $500 to repair but my husband knew he was lying so we brought it somewhere else and just like we thought, only the screen was broken, $200 to repair. My computer has been working great ever since. Turns out it was something simple as a BIOS update and a clean-up. However, there were no hidden fees and the price was great.
